We had 800+ feet of chain-link fence, a 16' double gate, a 12' and an 8' single gate, installed this past April by another local company (which shall remain nameless for legal reasons). We had to have these "other guys" out a few more times to make "corrections" - which they just couldn't do, not without screwing up something else...with their "good-enough" or "that's the way WE do it" attitudes (and the crew couldn't speak or understand English). We were frustrated and fed up, and couldn't see anything EVER being "right" (even with a 1-year warranty on labor). After much research, and wading through the "real" reviews, we called B&B in mid-July; "Can y'all fix this s__t?" After a lengthy review of the obvious problems and proposed solutions, Jentry assured us they could eliminate the humps and sags, and floppy fabric, and too-short / out-of-plumb line-posts, and uneven margins, and loose tension-wire, and fix the gates, and.... "Let's do it." "Ed" and his crew were here, early. We did a quick review of the tasks to be done, and they got to work. All of the line-posts were removed, and replaced with new ones; and this time they were straight, plumb, and a string-line used to cut them to the EXACT height (as opposed to no evidence of a string-line being used by the "other guys"). The loop caps were PROPERLY placed, the old terminal posts were cut to PROPER height and caps set level, the fabric was stretched "TIGHT," and was attached with the industry-recommended number of ties so that there was "half-a-diamond" showing above the top-rail (NOT a whole diamond - give-or-take). The gate posts were re-configured for PROPER spacing of the gates and the provided latches, all of the dug-up rocks and dirt were removed (as opposed to being left where dug up, or strategically hidden about the property, as per the original installer). ALL of this was accomplished in LESS than three days, even when digging the holes BY HAND, and for at least half a day with only two men working, vs. three. When there was any question, we could quickly communicate, confer, and decide. (The previous installer initially took four days, using a tracked machine to dig the holes, and a machine to mix the concrete, and with three men who needed help to understand how to use a drill to drill holes in gate-posts.) B&B's crew, with "Ed" as the foreman, was OUTSTANDING! We're SO pleased with their work - it looks GREAT, and all of the gates close and latch properly now! The owner, Brett, was readily available, and was out to personally inspect the job. If you're needing fencing done RIGHT the first time, you won't regret hiring this outfit to do it. The first time we called we were told they would call back, but never did... it took 2 phone calls to get them out here for an estimate. The lady gave us our estimate but didn't get all of the details that we wanted. When I called to get the issue resolved she wanted to catch an attitude with me. The gentleman that was in charge of actually building the fence was extremely helpful though and super professional. The issue was resolved, and my fence is beautiful. Just pack your patience when working with them. One last thing to mention, they left a terrible mess all over our lawn and driveway. Mud was tracked EVERYWHERE. They did apologize, but didn't offer to hose it off. Was a little disappointed about that considering we live in a HOA.

On Wed or Thurs I met with TVF for my quote. I signed the front side of a paper to have them come…read moreout and do a service (YES THEY HAVE A BACK SIDE AND YOU MUST READ) I called TVF on Saturday (two days later) at 1301 and cancelled via telephonic conversation with an employee. I had someone else do the job for $350.00 cheaper. I thought that was it, taken care of....NOPE Approximately ten days later a crew from TVF was out at my house to put up a fence, I stopped them just in time before they took down my fence I just had put up, I thought that was also the end of it....NOPE I received a bill in the mail from TVF stating that i owed them 25% of the cost of the original fence do to not canceling. I spoke on the phone with one of the owners who stated that I never called and cancelled and was unwilling to hear anything I had to say. The owner took me to small claims court witch took almost a year due to me being in Afghanistan. I spoke with a mediator and the Owner (Mr. Owens) to settle this, and he was persistent that since they had to load the truck and drive to my location and go back to unload the truck then I was going to be charged, he also stated I never called. I showed the owner the phone records from W.O.W. with the date and time and the duration of the call on the date I told him, Mr. Owens then changed his statement and said that it was a contract issue. I thought that was funny since I had the proof that I called but his company dropped the ball and he wants to push it onto me. After small claims court, (which I won, but now he is taking me to civil court) I told Mr. Owens that its sad to see a owner not care that one of his employees took my message and didn't pass it along but he his going after me. Mr. Owens then told me that that his company made 6.5 million last year and it wasn't about the money, but since we posted our comments on the BBB and his Facebook it made him upset.
