After double booking another…read moreevent on the day of our engagement session (that we had planned for 3 months) and him "forgetting" to tell us (we found out two days prior to our session). We only found out that he double booked when we stuck our ground about not cancelling our session "due to the weather," thats when he told us that day no longer worked for him because he was going to be flying out of state for a different event. We decided not to work with him as we felt this was very unprofessional and something we did not want to happen on the day of our wedding. We asked him for a refund of our money (both our deposit and the additional $600 we paid on top) and he told us he would not give us our deposit back as it was nonrefundable but now we cannot get ahold of him to get our REFUNDABLE $600 back. Very unprofessional.

Candy and team were very responsive and answered all of my questions prior to booking. The maternity session was such a treat and so stress-free! I decided at 34 weeks that I wanted maternity photos and Candy made it happen. There are so many dresses to choose from so I didn't have to worry about shopping for dresses. I just showed up with a small bag and Candy and Nicole took care of the rest. They were so kind and made me feel at ease during my session. It was nice get done up after spending most of my pregnancy during the pandemic in loungewear. The newborn session was also fantastic! It's apparent that Candy has a lot of experience with babies and trusted her with my daughter. Similar to the maternity session, Candy thinks of it all and makes the experience exceptional...from the preparation to the props, wraps, and accessories she provides. I am so happy we were able to capture these moments and love the photos and albums. And finally but not least... the makeup and hair!! Not only is Nicole very sweet, she is very talented!
