We have hired this company 3 times now, We had zero problems getting calls back, scheduling, pricing, etc. NONE. I am very easy to work with I am told, and would NEVER review a company just because they did not return my extreme number of calls. There are usually good reasons for that. Tim did our enter homes wood restoration when we lived in a 100 year old home near Salem. The floors were Old Growth Fir and Old growth Oak. He turned them into mo4re than I ever hoped thy could be. He was on time, VERY nice, and was great at keeping in touch. We then had him replace th carpets in 1/2 our new home with red oak, to match what was already there. BEAUTIFUL!!! In fact it looked so good, that a year later we hired them a THIRD time to do our master bedroom, walk in closet and office. I get so many complements on these floors, especially the way they are beginning to blend with the original, 30 y/o wood floors in the house. On time, done in a few days, cleaned up everything, and stayed in my budget. My home is so much more than it was before these floor were installed. It is just lovely. Did I tell you how nice they all were? So was I. It makes a difference. Wag more, bark less... and don't review people you never had work for you. I'm a business owner. I don't accept everyones work.
