Cody suggested a Skylift Riser for the patio overhang to fix the pooling problem and so I would never encounter a future issue with my roof. Prior to starting the project, they tarped over the area of concern with my roof until the weather improved to begin the project. Cody was super professional, walked me through options every step of the way, and gave practical/helpful advice. He went well beyond just replacing my roof and improving its integrity. He recommended trusted contractors to repair my damaged siding and repaint. I cannot recommend James Roofing enough. Also, price-wise James Roofing was super competitive.

Cody Schneider and his crew delivered on ALL aspects of the project. They began work on the day promised, cleaned up each day, respectfully responded to our questions, made helpful suggestions, and were flexible about adding extra work to our contract that we requested (for reasonable charges). Frankly, it was nerve wracking to choose a roofing contractor for such a big investment but fortunately we picked the perfect one.

Gold City Roofing performed major repair work on an older home that our organization owns…read moreoverlooking the ocean. The roof had several leaks and the facia had rotted away. Once they pulled the shingles the rot in the plywood and eaves was clearly extensive. We are impressed at how quickly Gold City was able to replace all the damaged wood and how well the repairs were completed. Afterwards, the workers performed a thorough clean up all around the house, the gutters and parking area. Our organization owns a large number of commercial facilities including homes and hotels and we have detailed tracking of average expenses for a project like this, Gold City's quote and final invoice for all this work was well within our expectations. Based on their communication from start to finish, their team's professionalism in all aspects and the final result for a very fair price, I highly recommend Gold City Roofing.

I am very happy with my roof. I have only lived in my house shortly and I was informed that the…read moreroof needed to be replaced soon. Carlos at The Last Roof LLC was recommended to me by a family member who had his roof replaced. His family had their roof replaced over 8 years ago and they've had no problems. I actually had a total of 3 companies bid the job and The Last Roof happened to be the lowest of the three. The Last Roof gave me estimates for three different brands of roofing and I was able to choose the color according to what the brand offered. I feel like I was assisted in making the right choice for me. My home is two stories with 5 gables and it also had to add 3 exhaust vents for the bathrooms and laundry that had not been vented properly when my house was built in 2005. Carlos and his team cleaned up after themselves each day. Besides Carlos communicating with me, Cassandra in the office checked in with me to see if I had any concerns after the first day and on the last day. The roof looks fantastic and I feel like I got my money's worth.

Even if you already have another roofer in mind, it's absolutely worth your time to get a quote from Moon Roofing for comparison. In April 2025, our offer on a house in South Salem was accepted. During the inspection, it was clear the roof needed to be replaced. Our real estate agent referred us to a roofer he knew, but I wanted a second opinion. After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to reach out to Moon Roofing. From my first call, the experience was impressive. Ariana answered the phone right away. I explained our situation and the urgency, and she promised to follow up within a couple of hours. Less than an hour later, she let me know that Armando would be stopping by that evening to inspect the roof, and that I'd have a quote the next day. Sure enough, the quote arrived early the next morning. The roofer referred by our agent also came out and provided a quote. Both companies quoted the same product (IKO Dynasty), and their prices were competitive with each other. After we closed in June, we asked both companies to re-quote the project using a higher-end material--Malarkey Windsor architectural shingles. Moon Roofing's updated quote was less than the other roofer's updated quote. The Malarkey shingles were special order and had about a two-week lead time. Armando managed to get the product in and installed just under that timeframe. He also replaced sixteen sheets of plywood and installed a new skylight, all for a very reasonable additional cost. We are thrilled with the final result and so glad we chose Moon Roofing. The quality, service, and value exceeded our expectations.
