She's a gem, and a total rock-star when it comes time to get it done. There were no surprises, problems, or excuses. These folks know the business, quote very fairly, and do extraordinary work. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product. They did a 20 x 25 brushed finish patio, and a 5 x 10 pad next to my garage. I couldn't get other companies to call me back, or worse, they'd show up and under-bid, and then expect a payment and to sign a contract on the spot. These are red-flags, don't work with people like that, you'll likely pay someone else a lot more to fix it later. I am not sure what Tom may have previously indicated, but I am the one who oversees offboarding." "Thanks so much for your opinion, there is a reason we are not continuing to work together. I have looped the rest of the Board and Tom back in, and I will be sure we get you the documents and records by the end of the month. While I don't see any reason why it would actually take that long to close out the admin/financial piece, my priority remains the clients with whom we are contracted in 2026, and I will focus on offboarding your account within a reasonable timeframe." While, based on our experience with them WHILE they were managing our property, we did expect to have issues with the transition, at this point I just want to warn any other potential clients of how they handle both current and past clients. "Robin" on the Aster location also was very helpful, whenever we visited the Model home there. The work in its entirely is done by different contractor companies, so the standards may differ for each job. Some might do an exceptional job and some might be average. Rockford only manages the whole project between these parties. You as a consumer have to be on top of it and ask for best and most of the time you get it.
