I highly recommend the gutter whitening...really added to the over all finished look of the house. I was blown away that the owner of the company is actually the guy who cleaned the siding! He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. Only reason they are getting five stars is because I could not give them six! I highly recommend K&T and will certainly remember them whenever I or anyone I know is in need of great, honest work.

During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.

He did come back in two hours, but he didn't have a helper and proceeded to do the work on his own. He did a fabulous job, real quality workmanship. He went above and beyond. Our patios and sidewalks and driveway have never looked cleaner! I would recommend Jo to everyone I know. I took a stack of his cards so I can spread them around the neighborhood.
