Christian Pruitt is the young owner of the company and started his company a few years ago so I wanted to give him a shot to see how his company is with customer service and quality in their work. Christian responded within a day of receiving my request for a quote. His price was excellent and the job they did was very good we are definitely pleased with the finished look of how clean our house looks. Christian is very nice and took before and after pics of the job and stayed in constant communication before and after the job was completed. I highly recommend calling this company to get your house cleaned of dirt, moss, algae or anything else that is making your siding dirty looking. I will definitely call them again the next time we need our house power washed. Thanks Christian for doing a great job! I wish you years of success in your business. I will add some more after pictures showing how clean he got my house.

We got referrals for two other soft wash services that our neighbors used in the Newark area and we are SO glad we ended up going with Crabbys! They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of the customer service and cleaning services was unmatched and totally worth it. I agree with the other reviewers note that this company and the owner Josh is very detail oriented. They covered our outdoor security cameras and were great with follow up and communication from initial referral call, to end of the job and all in between. This was especially appreciated when they had to reschedule our service due to lightning and thunder outside. I didn't even have to contact them for a reschedule and they were very proactive in all my communications with them. Also, you do not have to be home when they do your service. :) We had our house and attached garage and windows cleaned. Very friendly, good people as well!

He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. Only reason they are getting five stars is because I could not give them six! I highly recommend K&T and will certainly remember them whenever I or anyone I know is in need of great, honest work.

They were early both to the consultation and to complete the work. I had the trim on my second story painted, and my basement walls and trim painted. The painter went above and beyond, even as far as to clean any paint off the wood floor (that was actually paint that I had spilled myself - and was just putting off). You don't pay for the services until their done (not even a deposit). When I went to pay i wanted to use a credit card, but there was not someone in the office to take it, so I gave the painter a check. I called the office and let them know I really wanted to use a credit card (b/c I was trying to earn points), and they told me no problem, shredded the check, and took the CC payment over the phone.
