There have been a lot of improvements made over the years, and one of the most exciting changes is that it is now open daily instead of on a limited basis! There's a nice sized parking area, and then there are two trailheads - one leads you directly onto the boardwalk and the other opens onto a dirt path. The boardwalk has a shorter section that breaks off to the left that terminates in a space with a few benches. The section to the right is a little bit longer and connects to the dirt path. In the spring, vernal pools being to form. The largest ones we found during our visit were at the end of the right branch of the boardwalk. The dirt path was nicely lined with branches and wildflowers were springing up. Throughout the wetland area were a variety of bird houses and feeders and helpful signage about the wetland habitat and the plants and animals that call the area home. This is a smaller area but still very enjoyable to explore or to spend some time on one of the benches and listen to the birds.

There is a paved trail and plenty of space to run around and enjoy, with trees around for shade. The larger playground, called the Discovery Playground, has a whole lot of options: slides, swings (tire and standard), climbing structures, monkey bars, dinos to ride on, and a whole lot more! It was highly approved and much enjoyed. There is a small parking lot available too.

Two playgrounds in the park itself, one small but good, the other big and excellent. Plus, two playgrounds at the elementary school next door. So four playgrounds within walking distance, some with multiple playsets. Baby K loved it all. We'll be back.

There is a walking path around the area, which includes sports fields and courts for baseball, basketball, and more. It is also shares a a good-sized parking lot with the Carriage Place Community Center. It provides some nice green space in the midst of a lot of retail.

My rent was 1,230 with zero amenities. 2 bedroom townhouse. Tried to pay them 1000.00 and the other 230.00 in 2 days. They refused to accept this. This made me 2 days late and I recieved a 3 day request to leave premises. I, my 14 ur old son and my daughter all have covid and we were thrown out with no discussion. These people do not care about their tenants or their well being. I was in sawmill ravine on Hayden run road and Meagan is who I had to deal with. Horrible experience horrible woman. Not to mention my back patio was covered in bugs and we had silverfish in the house all the time. Also a big ant problem. Snobby, inconsiderate, and down right nasty company.
