You can tell a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the preparation, and every dish felt well balanced and unique. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. We never felt rushed, and the staff was happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Borage exceeded our expectations, and it's easily one of the best dining experiences we've had in the area. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Speedway.

Plum Pom was my second favorite; I thought it tasted like cranberry sauce, which I love. I wish these were available in stores but I guess I'll have to make it out to the farmers market to get more. The farmers market is a great family activity and often features live music, storytelling and other charming activities. We often end up grabbing brunch from Llama Delicatessen and Tinker Coffee. As for market vendors, you'll find everything from pasta and local cheese to winter produce, honey and dried flowers. It's a great assortment of food you can actually take home to make meals (and not just sauces and soaps ;). This is one of our favorite ways to spend Saturday mornings in the winter. There's a lot to offer - Filipino food, vegetables, fruits, spices, handmade crafts, baked goods, candles, sandwiches, etc. The food stalls are also open so you have a ton of awesome options for food while you are there!
