I sent out a quote request through Yelp and Monsoon Windows was the first to come through with an actual quote. I didn't bother shopping around because their price seemed fair. For less than what I thought it would be, I didn't have to wash these windows myself. I was excited to get these things clean after putting off the task for far too long. I had trouble scheduling and paying online (old people and technology). I called and was gently walked through the process. Lots of communication back and forth allowed them to come a little earlier than originally planned, and I was grateful. When the gentleman arrived, he got busy right away. He was communicative and meticulous about making sure I was happy with the service. After he completed the job, he asked me to look things over to see if he needed to touch anything up. I was impressed with what an amazing job he did. There was no need to go over anything, so I signed up for semi annual service. I couldn't be happier with the results. I knew my windows were dirty, but had no idea how dirty. Thank you Monsoon Windows for improving my view. :)
