I ended up getting smothered a few minutes in and I tapped and said I need to reset because of my elbow. He proceeded to tell me "this is not how that works" (ON MY FIRST CLASS! ) when I asked to get up. I had to use everything I had to get to a position so I could breathe and eventually force the instructor off. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone honestly.
