The blinds have worked well and we are very satisfied. Recently, a couple of blinds weren't working well, and one seemed about to stop working altogether. We called Brad and he made the trip to Port Clyde today. He fixed both blinds and is ordering us a new one because he predicts that one blind will continue to have the same problem. We paid nothing for his help; not even a service fee. I offered to pay one; he declined. The blinds come with a lifetime warranty and Brad stands behind everything he sells. I was disappointed but agreed to mount on the wood window molding, losing that framed window look. Josh the installer assumed it was mounted on the inside metal and proceeded to mount it that way. It looked great except it was now 2" too long and 4" too wide. I agreed that Josh could take it off and mount on the molding since that was our original plan. I just wish Nichole had a better understanding of her products and installation.
