He is reliable, creative, experienced, capable (he can literally make or do anything), easy to work with (communicative, kind), and he keeps his prices reasonable. I had a vague idea to turn my ratty lawn into a designed garden with a fountain and bluestone slabs in an octagon pattern--Done! I had a half-built porch I never used because of the mosquitoes that I wanted to turn into a screened in porch--Done! I had an ugly basement full of junk that I wanted to turn into guest quarters--Done! Everyone who comes to the house admires Liman's work and most of all, my kids and I enjoy it every day. Liman is organized and he fulfills his promises. He's truly ethical and someone you will enjoy working with. He takes pride in his work. He doesn't cut corners. I bought a two family house in 2017 and had to gut the second floor…read more Myself, my bf and his dad did our best, but we ran out of steam when it was time to drywall and mud, so I took a chance and called Danny. Danny is honest, professional, fair, and genuinely a good person. He and his team finished the wall in no time and it looked amazing. For the past 7 years, if I need something done.. I call Danny. He has completed drywall, refinished my wood floors, repaired my ceiling, fixed sinks, doors, installed a fence, and just completed my back patio. What I appreciate about Danny and his team is the fact he takes the time to talk things out, brainstorm, and find the most reasonably priced route. And EVERYTHING that man and his team has completed for me in 7 years is still standing. I have not had one issue with the jobs he has completed. Honestly, he has fixed jobs that I had done when I first moved into my house. I am kicking myself that I did not call him first! If Danny says he will start on Saturday, he will start on Saturday. He communicates with me during the entire project. OH! AND HE CLEANS UP AFTERWARD!!! UNHEARD OF! So if you want a job completed where you do not have to go back to get it fixed again - and you want punctual, professional, courteous, respectful, transparent, fairly priced, QUALITY work done? Danny. Danny is the way to go. One day he joked "Never fear, Danny's here." Super true statement because I have never had a doubt in seven years. no notes
