They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!

They sent out Irvin to give me a bid on a new Trane furnace and Air conditioner. I was surprised what the bid was, I was expecting it to be higher. He set up an appointment for the installers to come and take my old furnace and air conditioner out and install the new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome. Made sure they put plastic down on my carpet. And if there was something that needed to be cleaned up, they vacuumed it up. They were so friendly and polite and did a awesome job. Also Irvin explained to me that there was safety things that needed to be added on the furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome and explained to me what they needed to do for safety reasons. Also the thermostat was too small for me to read. So they sent out a technician to fix the problem with the heat coming out of the furnace. He also replaced the thermostat with a bigger one. Everyone at JM Mechanical were amazing!!! Thanks to all of you for taking good care of my needs. Love the furnace and air conditioner.

I was impressed from the first with Jackson, the technician who came to give us quote on repairs at our rental house. He was kind and professional as he checked the issue and also observed and quoted several other needed repairs. The quotes were clear and quick. He did such a good job that I called him when we ran into some repairs above our skill level at our residence. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, gave me several quote options for additional items and had the jobs finished within a few hours. I have been very pleased with my interactions with all aboard. I will be calling their office to chat with Zach (also pleasant and easy to work with) and request that they send Jackson if I run into any additional issues. Thanks for being good at what you do!

I liked however that John, once on site, was able to scope out some best case and "worst case" cost scenarios for the repair. So I feel they were fair about their diagnosis process. A couple hours later everything was cleaned well, tested well, and our connections were working again. I'm glad we learned about All Aboard first for their electrician services bc they also delivered great plumbing service (aside from a tight availability calendar anyhow). 4.5

A name brand...except he didn't use a direct vent heater...probably on the first one too. The unit went through a burner, which he replaced. It lasted about a year. The problem is he used a regular water heater, instead of a direct vent that he replaced my original water heater with. This is hazardous because direct vent takes air from outside. I reckon, I'm lucky I'm alive. For water heaters, not recommended. On the other hand, I've learned a valuable lesson!
