Having had more than my share of marginal shops for repairs, mainly for A/C, this was a refreshing…read moreexperience. It has no street side sign, but is well known by probably over a hundred shops that need expert help for problems they cannot solve. This is the shop that other shops send repairs to that they can't properly diagnose or has to correct their repair. My car was misdiagnosed by several shops and they all wanted $1000 to pull the dash apart to see what was inside. Apparently these shops don't know what diagrams are for or the buttons on the dash are not understood and where they point to where the air comes out. Also, they are not skilled in troubleshooting procedures and proper application of standard test equipment that is usually found in any shop. Willy is a Master Technician that listens to what is being described and asks the customer to write the information down as it may be a week before he can clear the backlog of other shops to work on your car. Although he is not trained in physics, I can applaud him for stating the part of the Newtonian principle that diagnosed the problem from the video of the erratic behavior on his service equipment. This condition was present at the other facility but did not see it because they ignored critical information given by the customer. His expertise also allowed a less expensive repair and also using in shop procedures to not have to drive a customer's car for A/C system operation. I now have a car that maintains highway vent temperatures of 40 degrees F when it is 105 deg F outside. The total repair was about what the other shops wanted to take their inexperienced look and still not be in the right system and track for repair. He even printed out a scan report that showed another shop had caused more problems and would take a substantial amount to correct. A little about me: Masters in Behavioral Sciences-Technical environment experience. BS Business and Management - Experience in public agencies & Fortune 500 companies. Earned degree in EET with extensive experience in electronic and electro-mechanical control systems and controllers. Trained hundreds of foreign technicians in USAF and dozens of technicians in industry for troubleshooting. If you can't fix it right the first time, how are you going to find time to fix it the second time? When you repair something, remember that peoples' lives could depend on you. We have taken many vehicles to them for repair over the years but have never been treated this poorly. They keep telling us they are busy and backed up. If that is the case, they should have never made an appointment for us to come in 3months ago. I brought my 1959 Cadillac to Jake at Done Right to address several leaks and to get the AC in…read moreworking order. After roughly three and a half weeks at his shop, Jake tried to return the car to me in far worse condition than when I left it with him. Jake and his guys managed to scratch and damage both inner wheel wells under the hood, scratch the painted glove box, and left the interior of the car completely filthy. At that point, I should have taken my car elsewhere to correct the damage he had done instead of leaving it with him longer to fix. Sure enough, he repainted the wheel wells (looks worse now), he sent my glove box panel to his guy Cody at Pristine Shine detailing which also looks far worse than it did even with the scratch on it. Aside from the damage to the car, the AC duct work was never properly reinstalled, and the car had a stutter under throttle which was new since he did the work. It wouldn't have been so bad if Jake didn't have an excuse for all the damage I found to my car. He had no interest in taking ownership of the damage caused and addressing it properly. I will take some responsibility, I should have known better after seeing his operation and the condition of his shop. The shop itself is disgusting, he has teenagers doing most of the work it looks like. When I went to finally pick up my car he has kids running around the shop and my car like a playground, at that point I just wanted to get my car out of there before he could do more damage to it. I fully expect to take the car to someone capable to fix the damage Jake already tried to fix. I would implore you to find service for your car elsewhere. No consideration or care was given to my car while it was in Jake's hands, I'm sure there are plenty of other options in St. George that will actually take care of trying to return it to you damaged in disgusting condition. Hopefully my lesson helps you steer clear of Done Right.

I've got a 2001 F350 that's of course up there in years but it only has 125k miles which makes it…read morepractically brand new. Well, I was right in the middle of a job needing it for a long haul when it began acting up really bad. It would chug at stop lights and it was behaving like it wasn't getting fuel... and it finally even died on me. Well, thank god I was able to get it to a local mechanic and when calling all my friends on who they would use, many of them cited the same place and it was Scott Repmans off Bell. Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. Well, not only was I expecting the bill to be much higher but I honestly wasn't expecting to get it back until Thursday or even Friday. Turns out it was a sensor for the accelerator and they had it ready for pickup on Monday by 3pm! It drives BETTER than even before the problems began and I now know where to take it for my tune-up and maintenance like oil changes. The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.
