I would like to thank Eli for fixing the problem with my camper shell lock. I initially thought the lock itself was the problem so I purchased a new lock for it but in the end there was just components that were too tight and he was able to fix it in less than 5 mins. Therefore I can return the lock and he saved me money! Thank you Eli you're the man.

The locks and doorknob replaced. He got exactly what I requested and they look great!

Elijah is the man! He responded quickly to my request to rekey doors and pick a lock to a door I needed open at our new home. He had his trailer there to make adjustments to the keys and locks on the doors and was pretty quick at coming up with suggestions and solutions for the project. I originally needed 3 doors worked on without thinking about the screen doors, so the total was more than the estimate but that was my fault and Elijah worked with me on the price. I felt rather good about the whole process. Excellent service, fair prices! Would definitely recommend to whoever is reading this. I will call Apex for all future key/lock needs. Thanks Elijah!

I was a little surprised by the price which is why I dropped a star. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

The other day I happen to lose my key again but this time I did not find it so I was very bummed out knowing I had to call a locksmith to come make a key I got a few quotes and they were charging hundreds and hundreds of dollars or a key that was so cheap. I was about to eat a big deal and go with a company that was going to charge me A arm and a leg but then I saw Apex Locksmith and gave it a shot and a gentleman name Elijah Answered. I cannot believe it his price was less than half of all the other competitors and he showed up an hour ahead of time he gave me because I told him I was a mobile detailer and needed to get back to work.
