It had ponding, leaks and a layer of decomposing pressboard (built before plywood was invented) and more. We had several estimates and Wilson&Dale's was by far the lowest, and even though many things came up that ended up requiring several days more labor, they barely charged us any more. Because they did a foam roof, they were also able to get rid of the ponding and redirect the runoff. The boss, Ed, was super knowledgeable and knew just what to do. In the several months since they completed it, we have had to call them twice for little things and they came out right away and took care of the issue, and our summer electric bills (in Tucson) are just over half of what they were last year. Pretty good right? As great as all that is, the best part is that these people are great human beings. They are honest and really care about what they are doing and the people they are helping. I have had my share of problems with contractors, and I was sort of expecting them to short change me or not respond afterward if I needed them. Not these guys. They really stand by their product. You would be nuts if you didn't give these guys a call.

ATTN: Construction WITHOUT Quality - RUN the Other Way Do…read morenot hire Williams and Sons -- especially Marc Williams, Marc Jr., Marcel, David Williams or Cindi. This was hands-down the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn't know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot -- which meant the bricks didn't fit properly. The result? A crooked, unstable mess with grout smeared all over the face of the wall like a bad joke. They dragged the job out forever, ignored concerns, and ghosted us when it was clear they messed up. We had to go to the Registrar of Contractors, and even after that, they refused to fix major problems. We gave them a final shot out of good faith -- and it was more corner-cutting, lies, and negligence and abandonment- the lies they even told the judge were unbelievable from people who claim to be professional- but they didn't get away with it- they have multiple complaints against them now, I wouldn't be surprised if they loose their license- make sure to check first! This crew is dangerous, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Protect yourself: check contractor licenses, look up complaints, and contact the ROC if you're already stuck dealing with them -- they were the only ones who helped.

After several attempts to acquire details that would require $800 rather than$400, we haggled back and forth by text message, with him dodging my questions with pledges to "get back to you tomorrow", or some such. I had ready prepaid the $400 he demanded thru PayPal when our dialog ended, with his pledge to refund (most) of that $400 prepayment. That was the last word from him, and that was three weeks ago! Let this be a warning to NOT prepay for a project that doesn't at most pay for some of the materials and perhaps travel. Don't get taken to the cleaners as I had. I may have dismissed a loss of $400, but at least it didn't become the $800 he was licking his lips over.

Total disregard for the law, for the ROC and its written directives. Thinks he is above the law and can call out whatever he wants. Even, most recently, still trying to obtain a license to come back and fix his mistakes. Many times, he was told he is outside the scope of his license. Just does not get it!

After I found them I contacted to confirm his bid. He kept the bid the same after I asked for a 'senior' discount. He came out to inspect vanities for damage and we moved forward with install. Nigel and his son did great work! They removed old vanities and had to adjust mirror height to fit faucets. They were more than professional. The vanities look great! The cost was a few dollars more as Nigel had to replace water valves. YES, I would recommend them for any project you may have. Give them a chance to give you a bid.
