It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. Also to note you can read other reviews about this place about how they are rude and unprofessional. At the range, after we completed the requisite tasks needed for the certification, he then put us through drills specific to our observed areas of opportunity--the person to my right had half his target taped off to represent a threat partially obscured, while I was walked through several grip changes that immediately corrected my tendency to pull toward the left. You'd be hard pressed to find someone that can make an 8-hour class on rules and safety more enjoyable than this instructor.
