A "professional, reliable and trustworthy " moving business would not break the legs off your couches to get them through the door. They also would not scrape up all the walls and steps on both stairways. Instead of removing the handrails, they simply smashed the handrails into the wall to move a refrigerator (only 4 years old, which the broke) a freezer, dressers, and a bed. We had zero issues with mice but with them leaving the doorways open for hours, our house became infested. A professional company would not go through sealed boxes and steal items from them. We've never found out Direct TV equipment and the CD player from the living room. They also should have reliable vehicles that don't break down so the moving truck had to be towed, and the next day, unloaded into another truck. I gave them the only key to one of my storage units and they lost it. They quoted us 2400.00 but 2/3 of the way through the work when confronted about the sealed box that was mysteriously opened and spread out on out bed with missing items, they changed the bill to 3200.00 and quit, leaving us, two disabled people, to find for ourselves. A professional moving company would not slide VCRs don their truck ramp, nor would they throw Christmas wreaths out the back of their truck to hit the ground and destroy them. The professional band of foster kids would not take instruction on where to group items like Christmas decorations which ended up spread throughout the garage. Also, clearly marked items for the house were mixed into the garage, and garage items were placed in the house. So if you wish to have a nightmare moving experience, I highly recommend them.

A few weeks before the move a representative came to the originating place (in Pullman) to provide an accurate quote. I set up a moving date with them, and no deposit was needed. A few days before the move date they called to verify the move was still on. They showed up on time and transported my belongings to Spokane in one day. They took apart furniture that needed it (kitchen table, desk, etc) and reassembled at location. After everything was in the new place, payment was due either via card (with a card fee) or check (no fee). The price came in at the quote. There were two movers and both of them were extremely friendly! Moving companies can be scary, but I highly recommend this one!

The owner came out and said things had been cleaned but after I started showing her what hadn't been done and how terrible the work was, she too questioned whether her employee had actually done anything or just sat around the whole time. The owner asked what I wanted done and I showed her the original list. She refused and said that wasn't possible for her to do what was asked. I then had to tell her step-by-step what needed to be cleaned as if she didn't know how to look at the list and make sure all the things were done. When I asked her to clean the doors, doorjambs and baseboards, she said, "I'll just clean the outsides of the door because that's all people see anyway." It's hardly what's advertised as "OCD clean." The owner made me feel pressured into saying she could leave without finishing the work and then demanded that I pay for the six hours her employee was there DOING NOTHING! The owner further refused to clean the walls, blinds, baseboards, etc. ensuring that my property manager (PM) would not care about those things. Sure enough, when my PM came out to check for cleaning, I had to spend an additional FIVE HOURS cleaning the things the owner and her staff didn't do despite them being paid for it. IT WAS LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY TO HIRE THIS "BUSINESS"!!

I felt really good hiring Nethaniel even though his product was a little more expensive than the other guy. Jesse, Paul, and the rest of the crew worked very hard every day. They talked with me about the process and explained things to my grandson, Thomas. They took pictures and showed me. I totally trusted all of their integrity and loved having them at my home so much that I miss them now that my roof is done! Nethaniel answered his phone or called me back every time I called with a question. He came by to check on the final product and even had his guys come back to make sure it was up to his quality standard. Don't even consider other flat roofers on the Palouse.
