Been coming to Apex for quite a while and the only bad thing i have to say is that they have made me 98% better and now I only get see Matt, Dean and the crew about every 6 weeks these days. I have bulging cervical discs on my C4-7. Dealt with it for 3 years putting off surgery as that was what 2 different spine/ortho physicians suggested. Decided to give Apex a try and I've improved SO MUCH. I'm able to do everything I used to do. I owe my return to normalcy to Matt & Dean. They really roll out the red carpet for their clients. I am on the road to a healthier spine but it's going to be a long journey because I've done some damage over the years. I woke up yesterday with Excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder. Dane was able to take care of me that day. Gave me an adjustment and hooked me up to the tens machine. Then I got lucky because Chris (the masseuse) got a cancellation so I was able to get in to loosen up the muscles. All of it helped a lot and I am just so grateful that they were able to accommodate me in a last min emergency. The all around experience was amazing. (Compared to other massage places where they grease you up and you leave smelling like incense) this place and service was just right. It really confuses me how this place has 5 stars. Much like some of the other negative reviews on here, my experience with this place was horrible. I searched through dozens of offices and was hopeful I'd find relief from them, but instead I spent $80 just to feel worse and in more pain. This was my first ever chiropractor experience, so I didn't know what to expect or the necessary steps to take post an adjustment. They didn't tell me what steps to take or what the next part of the process would look like. Initially, they had me fill out a bunch of paperwork, of which they never addressed anything I put on there, then they took X-rays of my back and did a 5 minute adjustment. The lady I dealt with at the front desk was so rude and I felt like they just wanted my money. They didn't offer me a massage therapy, or ask me how my visit went. It's like they'll take whosever money, just for the business. $80 for what exactly.. X-rays that showed some concerning factors of the state of my back and a couple cracks of my spine. So I slept on a new mattress for a couple of days and messed up my neck so bad, I couldn't move it at all. So after seeing so many good reviews, I decided to go in and Colleen was the first person to greet me. She was so friendly and immediately felt at ease. She really helped me with the what I needed and even gave a complimentary acupuncture on top of the adjustment I needed! My range of motion was very minimal but after the acupuncture, I instantly gained more range and felt much better the next day.
