I was pretty much a walk in (called at 1:30 and they saw me at 2). I was dealing with pinched nerve in my neck that rendered me unable to go to work. They saw me quickly - I was able to get x-rays, chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture and a pain relief shot because they have chiropractors, acupuncturists, nurse practitioners (and masseuses). I felt really taken care of - all staff members were personable and knowledgeable. Even though they are technically "out of network" for my insurance (I have Aetna PPO) it services were very affordable and pricing was very straightforward. I'm definitely going back! read more

We thought we found a place for our chiropractic needs. The dr who consulted with us on our first visit was very informative and helpful. We paused going for 2020 due to the pandemic. Associates have called me to schedule appointments but having had covid we did not want to expose anyone so we waited until we were fully vaccinated. Finally, we decided to call Apex for adjustments and massages. They were able to schedule 3 of us on a Saturday a couple of weeks in advance. Thursday before appointment arrives and an associate calls me to cancel the appointments and offer a Monday or Tuesday. Um. I made the appointments for SATURDAY for a reason (ie. If we wanted a Monday or Tuesday appointment, we would have scheduled for those days?) Did not reschedule. Will find another chiropractor and/or massage therapist to accommodate our schedule. Same day update: Angela called and claimed to have found someone to cover the massages and offered our 10am appointments back on the schedule. Had my older daughter not need an appointment, she would have found another place. Returned Apex's call and Zach offered a 10am and 2 12pm appointments. Nice recovery attempt, but younger daughter and myself declined the 12pm appointments. Older daughter kept 10am appointment. Update 5/16 Daughter had her adjustment and massage. My Personal Trainer told me how much she loved Apex Chiropractic in LB and so I had to try it out and I was so impressed with how well ran it is, people are professional it fun and personable. My Doctor(Colleen) was hands down awesome! She took the time to explain everything and made sure to ask often if I had questions. Great, quick, and easy! Great service. Nice, clean facility. Staff is friendly. And most importantly, I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! I already have my next appointment for a massage and adjustment already made, so it's obvious that I am definitely going back! And you should go check them out too. I walked in for my 4pm appointment a little early so I could fill out paper work. By the time I finished, it was my turn. No wait. I was placed in a private room and the Doctor came in 2 minutes later. We discussed the reasons for my visit, past history, and where and how I am hurting. We talked for a good 5-10 minutes. We then proceeded to the X-Ray room and took two x-rays of my neck and shoulder area. Then, he looked at the images, right there, in the x-ray room and explained what he sees and why it was causing me pain. It was great to be able to see the images, with a full explanation, immediately. We then went to the front, where the adjustment tables are. Do you know what the best part of going to the chiropractor is, besides obviously feeling better? All those little pop-pop-pop-pop sounds the joints make when they get popped!! And then, sweet release.... And that was that! I paid, made my next appointment, said goodbye, and was out the door. It was quick, but not rushed. Quick and easy and smooth. Rates are good, too. $100 for the first visit. I do believe any subsequent visits are $60, but don't quote me on that. On my 2nd visit, the doctor will discuss a treatment plan with me.
