Our apartment building has had dirty hallway carpets for the past few years. They had HUGE, unavoidable stains that made it look like a crime scene. Our landlord has hired a few other carpet cleaners in the past, but none of them really got the job done. The carpets would be clean for like a week or two, and then suddenly the old stains would resurface. It was like they just gave us a carpet band-aid. My house has carpet flooring for pretty much every room. They were all SUPER dirty with stains that had been in certain places for the longest time. This comment is long overdue. This is ABC Dental, Union City where they parked their van in their Yelp photo inset. Had our carpets cleaned by them in March 2016. I am very pleased with the result because they were able to remove the huge, long, and stubborn stains on the hallway and everywhere that have been there for almost a year. Other carpet cleaners tried to remove them before but to no avail. In fact, I already got quotes from different vendors to actually change my flooring. But this guy, Sam, I believe is the owner, tested the stains with some alcohol, I remember, to check if they can still remove them, otherwise, they won't. He saved me a lot of money coz our carpet looked new again, and I didn't have to change our flooring. I find them very honest, reliable and efficient. I've never made a comment on social media before, but I believe they deserve my praise. I lost any contact information I have of them, had to search my cancelled checks for any clue, googled Apex, but too many came out. Thank God they parked in front of my office building, so I know they're the one. And Sam answered the phone right away. He doesn't remember me because he got many clients. But, I will always remember him, and keep him in our contacts from now on. read more

I needed carpet cleaning for my house I was moving out of to get my deposit back. I had lived in the house about 2 years. The owner thought we had put in brand new carpet! First time getting my own carpet cleaned as I needed it done as my infant son has began crawling. I was set up an appointment immediately by Sam. I had Vincent (if remember his name correctly) as my cleaner and he did an EXCELLENT job. I remember as a child our family carpet getting cleaned and it being drenching wet and taking forever to dry. My carpet looks thoroughly cleaned and wasn't drenching wet so will dry within the day. I highly recommend! Definitely fast and efficient and very reasonable pricing. Worst company in Bay Area . Sam does NOT honor the Appointment time . I made it a week in advance . He wanted to reschedule it ON the day after I had hired cleaners, movers to come ! What a mess . He wanted to go to another job which paid slightly more . WHAT the hell is the POINT of an appointment . I had called 5 times and confirmed the timing . He also refuses to answer the call . After having my carpet cleaned, and learning that I could have the carpet stretched, I wanted to have the carpet stretched while all the furniture was still out from the cleaning - so I wanted it right away. I went on line and used Service Magic. Apex called within 7 minutes of my post. Sam and his helper came out the next day and did a great job of stretching the carpet. Sam noticed a stain that the carpet cleaner had not been able to remove - old cat urine with blood in it. He sprayed it with an enzyme spot remover he had and two days later the stain was gone. Then, Sam offered to move my furniture back into the room - they did a great job and it was a relief not to have to wrestle with that stuff a second time. They clean carpeting as well as stretching it - so I intend to call them the next time my carpet needs to be cleaned. read more

My carpets were DIRTY....I mean DIRTY!!! I had just had new carpets put in 5 years ago, but it looked like kids ran through a muddy playground into my office. I got a referral from a friend to Apex to clean the carpet in the main reception room and the back office. Sam was fantastic. He cleaned my carpets to look almost new. He tried his best to get some of the tough stains out. Even the tough stains almost went away.
