Our salesperson, Mark Dao, told us it was for 24-hour road service, tire service and replacement, paintless dent repair, and windshield repair and replacement. But the first time we called for our windshield, we were told they only did repairs. It's a scam! I'm so very mad that they require you to purchase a protection plan that you can get the same stuff for 1qtr the price and it is better. When you call them to complain, they just keep saying it's part of the contract. Don't be fooled!!! See the picture attached this Protection plan is useless!!!!!

It's DECEMBER and the car has been with us for less than 90 days and ZORA hasn't even offered to fix it! He will sell you a lemon and it will be YOUR PROBLEM after you drive off! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HIM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ZRV UNLESS YOU YOURSELF CAN FIX HIS CRAPPY CARS! It's been several days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I've received no response at all. If you're serious about selling cars, communication should be a priority. Ignoring a ready buyer is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. I can't comment on the quality of their cars because I never got that far--the lack of communication alone was enough to lose my trust.
