I ordered the steak and ribs combo at a reasonable twenty three or twenty four bucks. The fries and ribs were better than the steak. The steak, served over pita bread, was very thin and was more tough than it needed to be. The ribs and fries were both good, but not excellent. It was three or four bones nowhere near a half rack. Do they take the rack and cut it length wise in half to say they met the minimum number of bones? For twenty four bucks, manage your expectations. I had a beer in a goblet. I don't remember the lager, but it was good as an accompaniment to the meal. Thanks for all the years of Dallas keeping NYC in barbecue, but the City has great barbecue spots in all the boroughs now where you'll pay for the quality, flavor and experience. Johnson's BBQ in the Bronx offers takeout rib platters for the same money that'll have you eating superb takeout for two days at home.
