She is fantastic and my husband attests that she is one of the best doctors who he's seen. She's set up an office with another doctor, Dr. Julie Kidangan, in Bloomfield (we went to an office in Verona previously). The new space is great. It's easy to drive to from Route 3 or the GSP. There is a private lot for parking, too. The office itself is bright with large windows and a nice waiting area (quiet, neat, and has cute furniture - just saying). The office is located in a one-level building, and is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading the office entrance. My husband has been very sick this week, so I handled scheduling his appointment at the new office. The office scheduler/manager who worked with me was very polite, friendly, and professional. I don't know about you, but I've had many experiences in the past with office staff who I've sworn truly hate the world. So I really appreciate this friendly service. So without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Hyatt and this office. As a wife helping my husband, I feel confident that he's getting the best treatment from this office, which gives me tremendous relief.

They tell you your appointment is on the 2nd floor, then claim you have to go to the 3rd floor, which claims you have the appointment on the 2nd floor - These people will drive you mad, I don't think any of them graduated grade school! The worst part is - would you really want to trust your health to people who don't even know how to make an appointment??!! Oh and then they keep sending you a bill demanding payment, when your insurance company tells you they covered the services, and no copayment is due. Never again!!

My father, a patient of Dr. Lucila for over 20 years, recommended I visit him. I explained in very lengthy detail everything I had experienced the weeks leading into this incident and how I felt they were related. Unlike the previous places I had been, I could tell Dr.Lucila was actually paying attention to everything I was saying. He wrote notes on his pad and was able to explain the cause if my issue and rectify it. Dr.Lucila is the best doctor I've ever been to.
