He was driving a flatbed and instead of towing me, he just left and said someone else would have to do it. Called my insurance and said apparently it had to be towed. They called Chima's. My insurance called me back, keep in mind it's 145 am in the Walgreens parking lot on Howe and Arden on Sunday night Monday morning for Labor Day. Insurance says Chima's would be there in 30-40 minutes. That sounded like a much more reasonable time frame even though I was over 2 and a half hours stranded from this mess. Well Chima's showed up in 15 minutes. Driver was INCREDIBLE. He knew what he was doing, babied my truck (my baby) onto his flatbed, got us through a simple sign and date paperwork, and told me he was on his way home for the night and the insurance explained what happened and how long I'd been there. He hauled b***s to come get me and had such a good attitude. He took me and the truck home, and angled the flatbed just right on my narrow street filled with cars so I could back right into my driveway. It was a flawless end to a garbage night. Thank you Chima's. You have my business from now on. Period.

They show up on time and will take your valuable vehicle safely from point A to point B. These people are professional commercial haulers. If you're expecting bargain basement pricing, this is not that. This is professional service with the best equipment for the job. If you're needing a cheap tow, look for a vehicle transporter - not a tow company. Five-Star Service is all I ever get from them. Mary Franklin r3 Industrial LLC CA

After 30 minutes to an hour later, they had additional questions about the tow and based on the answer, it would determine if they could assist. I expressed to my insurance company that whatever questions this company had should have been addressed before they accepted the tow and NOT almost an entire hour later. I further explained that I could only get the answer from Toyota as I personally didn't know. My insurance and I both called Toyota and Toyota confirmed that whatever this tow truck company was asking, they were able to do. My insurance company then informed this company of the answer Toyota provided to which this tow truck company confirmed with my insurance that they finally fully accepted the tow. I informed my insurance company that if I didn't get an ETA text or call from this tow company within the next hour, I would call my insurance company back to alert them. Welp, an hour passed and this tow company never contacted me. When calling my insurance company, I spoke with a new representative who wasn't aware of the situation and he informed me that this lying incompetent time wasting tow truck company put in their notes that they weren't able to tow my vehicle because Toyota said it couldn't be taken there. I called Toyota with the insurance rep on the phone and they confirmed...that was a lie! I called this incompetent unprofessional lying company directly to get answers as to what the h3ll happened. The phone rings and a fool answers by saying "hello". Mind you, this is supposed to be a company. I immediately ask who I was speaking with and whether or not it was a company because of how unprofessional this fool was on the phone. Rather than answering my legitimate question, he resorted to asking who I was. I asked again if I was speaking with a company. He then raises his voice to ask who I was again. I then use very beautiful colorful language towards him by asking him who the $%&* he was the %&%* and hung up on this fool. I say all of this because for any future tow, I will make sure to never use their service whether through Toyota or privately. This company is absolutely pathetic and I am happy to warn others about what issues they could potentially run into. FYI - I see they respond to negative reviews on Google. Before they even try to respond to this review here, I want them to know that almost everything I mentioned here can be proven because the calls with my insurance company and Toyota are both recorded by me. Additionally, should they even attempt to write a false response, I will amend my review to reflect comments on their response. Go ahead R Towing, try me.
