Non stop interrogation about how i used the product, skin condition, etc. I understand store return policies, however, if you recommend a product, I have to try the product which now is an open product. If it burns my skin, there's a problem. It definitely is a sensitivity issue, but help fix it. Don't grill me and then send me videos of my checkout to make me feel like a criminal. I paid for my service and a very expensive product. I did not walk out of my fees. I spent too much money there to feel like a bad guy. Judy, sadly you are the cause of this issue, Not your team, and not the product. You could have handled it differently. Offered to replace the product, offered something else. Instead you chose to make me feel awful and will never step foot in your location again. And I will share my thoughts with all that ask.
