Even though I go at peak hours, it's crowded but I can still get on machines with no or minimum wait time. Can't beat the cost. Locker rooms are clean. Machines are clean. Personnel have always been friendly Lots of TVs hanging from the ceiling so I can catch up on news and sports (I don't watch a lot of TV otherwise) Equipment is in good working order. One time I had an Eliptical that had a bit of a drag. I told the front desk and I have never had a problem with that or any piece of equipment. Then again the gym is new. Few things I don't like: *stretch area is too small *a lot of people don't clean machines after they use them but many do. The gym provides spray and paper towels and there are several locations this is offered so there's no excuse. Only once I noticed spray empty. I told the front desk on my way out And the guy filled it very quickly. *they have signs everywhere, "no cell phone use on machines" but people are constantly on their phone. Major pet peeve of mine. The owner of Tactical Krav Maga in Aubey claims to be Madrik Clay, but his real name is Larry Clay Lonis. He has used the following and other aliases: 1. Coach Clay 2. Tiger Clay 3. Clay Dux 4. LC Kravskie 5. Klay L'Honis 6. Klay L'Onis 7. Larry C. L'Onis 8. Larry L'Onis 9. Professor Moreh Yoneesh (2016, Amarillo, owned a Krav Maga school after leaving Grapevine) His story started in Lubbock a couple of decades ago when he operated a karate school and is said to have left town unexpectedly and with students' dues in tow. For some time in the 2010's, he was in Grapevine running his Monster X Camp, which later changed name to Reaction Fitness and Self-Defense, and where he offered Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and kickboxing. REACTION FITNESS & SELF-DEFENSE - CLOSED - 13 Photos - 445 E Nortwest Hwy, Grapevine, TX - Yelp In January of 2016 he started a 6-week weight loss and fitness challenge, where participants who lost 20 lbs. would be reimbursed their fee and roll into the next 6-week session free of charge. Problems started quite soon. There was little equipment, gym remodeling never got completed and worse, trainers wouldn't last long on the job. At the end of the first 6-week session, several participants qualified for fee reimbursement but never received it. He was evasive or accused them of not qualifying, writing all this on social media for all other participants to see. He also bad-mouthed the trainers. With the 2nd 6-week session, many more people signed up, but by then training sessions were cancelled quite often and there was a general sense of mistrust toward anything he said or promised. Trainers complained about not getting paid or having payroll checks bounce. At least one trainer complained of receiving veiled threats from Larry, as did participants. Sometime in February or March, participants reported to the gym to find a locked, empty building. Somewhere about this time I heard he worked as a bouncer and also as a motorcycle salesperson. I'm told his claim to holding a 5th degree black belt in Krav Maga is false. At his current business, an individual who was hired to teach Karate at the Aubrey school left after facing the usual problems and promises, and opened his own school in a nearby city. Recent members have complained of charges continuing to be made to their cards after they quit the gym. Some of the businesses he has owned: 1. Tiger Martial Arts, Lubbock 2. It's never too busy, and the other people in the gym are actually in the gym to workout (gasp). This location has several TRX's, which is great for a change of pace. There is also an ab room which can serve several different functions. You can play different videos, like trail scenes for bike riding, or Pilates. Pretty spacious. The other two rooms have cardio equipment, workout machines, free weights, and weight machines. There is tanning as well, but I don't use that. Also, two restrooms and showers.

Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. My fiancé and I adopted a dog in September named Angus from Paws in the City. Our poor pupper was attacked twice by the same two dogs and it completely changed his behavior. He just lost trust in other dogs and became aggressive when he would come across another dog. We didn't know how to reverse this behavior and that's when we started researching on dog training. My fiancé found Off Leash, watched all of the videos on their training and we decided to go for their 8 week program. We started with the trainer Brandon and he was wonderful. He really took the time to let Angus get comfortable with him and showed us several commands that had us in awe. Brandon was no longer going to be available on Saturday's so we were going to be switching with Sarah. Brandon observed her for a few session and then she was solo. It was the same service all across the board. The last 2 or 3 sessions, we went to dog parks but just to walk around them, allowing Angus to get familiar with being around other dogs, and how to control his behavior. This has honestly made a HUGE difference with our pupper! The training doesn't stop even though we're done with the program. We're now able to walk off leash with him around the complex and he can place anywhere we point to. We still have to work on getting Angus to be more relaxed when coming in contact with other dogs but we're very confident that we have the proper tools to get him there!

He is so well educated on everything. My puppy did a one week board and train with Jason and I'm not sure I would've survived the puppy stage without him.
