I have frequented this location many times and approximately fifty percent of the time my car comes out with the right side still fully covered in soap. The staff are friendly but limited in what they can do. They send me through again and it again comes out covered. Sometimes they have a small stand alone hose by the vacs that I will rinse the right side myself but in colder weather no such luck. Today when experiencing the same problem again the staff simply wanted to wipe soap off with dry towels rather than rinsing off. I declined a d found another do it yourself car wash to re-wash. Update: Management reached out and made the situation right. I went back for another try and the wash was much better. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.
