This is probably the most unscrupulous moving company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could attach…read moredocuments here. I'll give a good summary. I contracted services with them and emailed them all the details needed for the delivery including the fact that it would need four people. As information I've been doing these moves for years all over the country. To make a long story short they gave me an estimate for the four people I told them they would need and they showed up with three people which I didn't find out until they invoiced me over $1400 for something I've never paid more than about $500 for. Through a comedy of errors including their error not to contact me, their customer when they had an issue led to them dealing directly with the receiver and then I received information from the carrier who told me it was from the receiver. I think I'm going to take pictures of all the documents and attach them. They also would not put me in touch with their owner ignoring my email and in fact never replying to it. I sent them a check for what I determined it was a fair amount for the work they did perform, $500. They cashed it on October 23 or at least that's when it posted to my account and then they sent out for collection a month later for the full amount. I mean they had the audacity to charge me over $400 to unload the freight at their facility claiming it took him 2 1/2 hours to unload two pieces at their dock! This is hilarious if it didn't highlight their complete incompetence. There is equipment for unloading trucks and this should've been done in 15 to 20 minutes not the 2 1/2 hours they put on the invoice for $437.50 LOL. This delivery took place on a Tuesday/Wednesday and there was another shipment set up to deliver the following Tuesday. They emailed me after 4 PM Eastern time Friday, I am on Eastern time and backed out of the delivery for the following Tuesday. How fortuitous for me since I found another company who had a pretty good laugh at my experience and accomplished the next delivery in about 15 minutes for $150. That's a pretty good illustration of the difference between a professional moving company and this company. Edit: I sent them a check which I have attached a picture of which they cashed on or was posted to my account on October 23. Then apparently they sent to collections a company I work with instead of my company and they sent it for the full amount not even attempting to take into account the check they already cashed. Then in the end I find out they are mostly a trash hauling
