Terrible experience. Brought my 2014 Dodge Durango in there to get a sub purchased and installed…read more It was expensive ($1400) which was reasonable being top of the line. Showed up on my only day off for an appointment I had made in advanced. They installed it in about 3 hours which was good. When it was ready they handed me my keys and I get in my truck and... *the sub only turned on when the volume was mid to high range...*my keyless entry was broken...*there was dirt and a mess in the trunk that wasn't there before...*all of my personal items were moved around...*my back trunk door handle was broken...*they wired it using a shortcut directly to my speakers instead of my head unit that way I couldn't control the sub which made the sound beyond terrible.***** So I brought it back in and the dude said he could drill a hole in my new dashboard for a knob to control the sub. I was already upset about everything, so I said heck no and demanded everything uninstalled and my money back. The owner then came out and was mad and preceded to yell at me demanding a reason why I wanted it uninstalled raising his voice in front of other customers, embarrassing me (one of his customers that just spent $1400 and got a bunch of stuff broken by his staff in a 2014 truck that had 8000 miles on it). I had never in my life been treated like that. So upon me telling him I'm going to have to get a lawyer and call the cops he went ahead and uninstalled everything but the wires and gave me $1100 out of $1400 back (which took 10 days to put back on my card) and I had to then go to the dealer on my own time and get the keyless entry and door handle fixed plus had to clean the dirt and mess they made. Never do I recommend anyone even my worst enemy to go to this place they call a business. Stay far away!!!

Very basic install, expensive an my truck smells so bad of cigarettes an BO, I almost threw up when…read moreI got in it, not an exaggeration either. I'm praying the smell goes away cause now I noticed it's started to cling to me. Fucking gross.

They never have a service man or one is always in training and it takes several weeks to get some. They will also tell you that Appliance Care in Gillette WY can't work on them. That is a lie to keep you from calling them. They will there in a day. I will never do business with Karls again.

I'm so frustrated. I went w Karl's because I wanted to support small business. I bought an LG…read morerefrigerator. Still under warranty, the ice maker quit. I was delighted that Karl's would send out their service guy. That was the beginning of January. He ordered a part. A month later he came and installed it. Oops! it's not the ice maker. Now it's some fan unit in the freezer compartment. We order another part. About a month later it comes in. Unfortunately, the earliest they can install it is a couple more weeks. Im instructed to wait and see if there is ice. Nope. It will be a couple more weeks before they can get back out to take a look at it. Now we are into late March. It is determined it must be the compressor. The compressor is ordered. A week later the part comes in. Now they have to schedule to pick up the frig and bring me a loaner (the size of an ice box) and it will be 2-3 weeks before they can work on my refrigerator. So that's where my saga stands. It will be May before we even find out if that is the problem. While the people I talked to (including management) were all respectful (as was I), they either aren't given the latitude to solve problems, don't have enough help, or don't care. As I started... I'm frustrated!
