I found out later when I did finally reach somebody at my drs office to get answers as to what happened, they said that the "order" was already in the plastic bag with my sample cup. The lab didnt even mention that the order would be in my bag lol, so I didn't know what they were talking about when they asked if I had an "order". Usually these dr orders would be in their computer which is forwarded to them from said drs. office. This was a big miscommunication and a waste of time.
