Select what you're there for, scan the front and back of your drivers license and insurance card then select the appointment time (which was within 5 minutes). Check in took less than 2 minutes. I was called back in 3, so less than 5 total minutes between checkin and being seen. The actual draw was was simple and painless. Less than 20 mins in and out. My results were back in 3 business days.

The building was quiet, I was temp checked by someone at the door and directed to the elevator. I easily found Quest on the second floor and walked in. They had a scan station for the QR Code they emailed me. I wanted for a minute or two and then Shauna came to get me. She was kind and calm and explained everything in a soft but knowing voice. She talked me through the prep work and gave clear instruction. She asked about me weekend and we giggled about something and then she's applying a bandage. It was over. Not pain, barely a pinch. She had me confirm my name on all of the vials and sent me off with "be safe" wishes. She was wonderful. I don't know if you can request technicians but I would absolutely see Shauna again. A friends of mine recommended me this place to get it fixed. They did a pretty good job, but they weren't perfect. Getting a good mechanic is one of those relationships that are key to life. A good mechanic will save you thousands of dollars over the life of a car if you plan to keep it for a long time. DWCAR gave me a very upfront diagnosis (with pictures) and a fair price (not the cheapest but not outrageous either). They also provide a long warranty (I think three years), that you won't get with other shops. But they aren't perfect. While the amount of time they took to repair my car was acceptable, it is not quick. It seems like nothing with these guys can be finished in a day, even if it is minor repair. Where they also fall short is in the follow through. While they are good at taking a reservation, taking your car keys and and fixing your car, they didn't do a great job was keeping you informed when your car will be ready to go. They told me a time....but the reality is that they don't seem to know. They missed the timeframe a couple of times, and it was always me calling and asking. This isn't great if you have a busy schedule and have to uber to the location (as they don't provide loaners). I need to be able to trust their schedule. I think part of it is because of the amount of work they are taking on at the same time. The other thing is that they might not be investing in a person to do followup. If business is so good, why bother spending on that expense? At the end of the day, the repair seemed to be good, although I am experiencing a rattling sound from one of the repairs. I'm less concerned about the rattling that the time it will take for these guys to fix the problem (probably a loose exhaust clamp), since they seem so busy.
