They didn't do one test that was ordered and did another test which was not ordered. They never caught their mistake until I called and brought it to their attention, so the phlebotomist ordered the wrong thing, then they didn't check the original order at the lab either. Then, they told me, on the phone that they did not need another blood draw, and this also ended up being wrong (so mistakes by 3 different departments at this point: phlebotomist, lab, & customer service). A supervisor was supposed to call and tell me they needed another blood draw, but she did not (4 departments have messed up now). I called back to see how long it would take, and I just accidentally found out they needed another blood draw. The second phlebotomist stuck the needle in too deep, it hurt, and I told her it really hurt & think she was in too deep. She argued and said no, she was barely in, and she would not ease up. Now I'm all bruised up and my doctor says, yup, she stuck the needle in too deep. I had the re-draw on 5/12, they said it would take up to 3 business days, the results aren't back yet, and the originally test was done on 5/9. This has delayed so much care including MD appointments and other tests that will change based on these results. In my opinion, this place is neglect, cannot be trusted, and unfortunately I do not recommend them. read more

Everyone at this location is skilled and attentive to what is going on. I've never had any issues. Make an appointment online. You can walk in without one, but you may have to wait a while. Check in is now done via an iPad (no front desk person) and then the tv shows your estimated wait time. Note: even if you check in without an appointment, people who made an appointment prior will still walk in and get called back before you. Walk ins are fit in when they have a break in the schedule. read more

I recommend finding anywhere else, the staff are rude as can be, they're unhelpful, and they have the slowest turn over rate I've ever seen. I feel like people in the medical field should try a little harder to be helpful towards the people they're seeing, obviously we're not here for no reason. Kindness could go a long way in this negative place. read more

Would give them a zero if I could! First of all, they moved from a very convenient location to the hospital... which in and of itself adds at least an extra half hour to just to find parking. The staff is not at all helpful and if you happen to be late, well you may as well reschedule because they say they take walk ins but they make you sit in the empty waiting room, then watch the waiting room fill and empty a few times until you then reschedule for a later time. Will not ever come back to this location, and probably not to Quest labs! read more

Absolutely the worst quest location. Rudest & slowest staff. I am an ER RN and I know exactly how long it takes to draw blood and collect other labs if you are proficient at your job. This place was ridiculous. I wanted for 1.5 hours one day, wasn't even spoken to and then another 45 minutes another day where the total of 5 people in the waiting room were never taken back in that entire time period. Absolutely unprofessional and inefficient. Don't waste your time or effort bc they definitely don't care about your time at this location. read more

This office appears to be rife with problems. I did not receive the right paperwork for a routine blood test when I was released from the hospital but I was told during the review of my discharge papers that I could request the test at either my primary care doctor's office or at an independent testing lab. I went to Quest (because it was closer to my home); the Quest technician informed me that she could not do a blood draw until she had specific orders from a physician. She called the hospitalists office and requested an order. In the meantime, I went home and got the paperwork I was given at the time of my release from the hospital and brought it back to Quest; the discharge papers clearly state "physician's order" but according to the tech, they were not what she needed. When I returned to the Quest lab, the technician informed me that the hospitalists office had not called back. She said she would do the blood draw and run it and wait for the hospitalists office to call with the specific diagnostic code she needed for her records. In the meantime, I could not have the test charged to my insurance company because she didn't have a physician's order. She hand-wrote the label on the blood vial because, she explained, she did not have a physician's order to run the test. Her attitude was consistently confrontational, as if I were deliberately trying to inconvenience her and sabotage her noble work. I told her the results of the blood test were time-sensitive and needed to be reported to the primary care doctor on the same day the test was run so that medication could be adjusted, if needed. She confirmed the primary care doctor's contact information and said that she could send the results to him. Forty-eight hours later, on a weekend, when I had not heard from the primary care doctor's office regarding the results of the blood test, I called his office and requested the results of the test. The doctor on call said that no test results had been received, so he called Quest and asked for the results. Quest had not sent the test results to anyone; someone at Quest gave the on-call doctor the results over the phone. The on-call doctor conveyed the results to me. I checked online at the Quest patient portal during the weekend and again today, 72 hours later, to see if the results had been posted. No results have been posted. Service of this kind should be helpful and supportive rather than confrontational and self-serving for the technician. I will take my lab needs elsewhere in the future. read more
