I thought that needle was going to come out of his arm the way she was pushing and shoving it. Finally she gave up and pulled the needle out. I said yes and she went to get her co worker. As she was on the other room she said that it was because my son had small veins and hadn't had alot of water. Then the other person came up, stuck the needle in and found the vein immediately. She left the needle in as she got the vials of blood she needed. No fuss, no mess. While small, the clinic was clean and offered free water bottles as a thoughtful touch for those who might have "shy bladder." If this is your first time visiting (like me), my one suggestion is allowing some extra time since the clinic is located in plaza of similar-looking office buildings. I would happily choose this clinic again.
