Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.

I was actually able to talk to Pepper directly instead of her staff. That's what's truly different about Pepper and that was the reason I finally pulled the trigger to switch agents. We have been with farmers for over 20 years. My old agent was a POS. Never did anything, his staff never knew anything. Never got anything done till we got upset. It took him like 3 weeks just to get my new car added to the policy I have been with Pepper for a couple months now and I so happy I switched. Not only does she personally reach out to her clients, but her staff, my goodness. They know what they are doing. They actually get back to you with all the information you need and more. Farmers may be a bit more pricey than Mercury, Geico, WAWA, Safeco and etc, but seriously Pepper makes it worth the extra few dollars. She even tried to see if she can lower premium after I switched to her already !!! Agents only do that when and if you switch to them. Highly highly highly recommend pepper & her team !!

Extremely frustrated for wasting my time just to attempt to get a quote where StateFarm and Connect both gave me a quote in under 15 minutes. I told her to just give me a quote as I have nothing and she quoted me $1600 for now. I expressed how irritated this whole process of this place was and to cancel everything I have asked for. This girl needs some customer service and knowledge skills.
