When I contacted Dover office on whether hourly billing possibly included travel time, receptionist/manager stated 1-time service charge took care of that. She couldn't explain the extra hour(s) billed nor much else. Asked for mgmt to call me back--never heard from them. I recommend you find your electrical contractor elsewhere--I'll never use or refer anyone to this company again.

In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!
