I had an incident with Anytime Garment Cleaner where one of my shirts -- a Tommy Bahama shirt valued at $128 -- was damaged during their cleaning service. The company acknowledged responsibility and offered a $140 credit to cover the replacement cost. Within the past week, I returned to the cleaner with additional garments for washing and drying, expecting to use the issued credit. However, the new management (Martinizing Of Denver) refused to honor the credit that Anytime Garment Cleaner had previously granted. As I understand it, when a company takes over, it is responsible for all liabilities that the previous company had. As a result, I am now left without the original shirt and without the credit that was promised. I intend to file a small claims court case to recover the cost of the damaged shirt and the unfulfilled credit. just picked up my dry cleaning and this place is under new management I couldn't pay when I dropped the cloths off as they were having issues and they told me it would be $56 just picked up my items and it's now $71 I should have had them write the total up for me when I dropped the items off I've been using this place for years but never again I'm actually surprised I got all my items back as they kept on telling my I had 6 items them 10 items choose another dry cleaning if you can read more

After using a great dry cleaner in East Denver for many years I needed a new one closer to my new home in Aurora. Any Garment Cleaners was recommended on many sites and conveniently located off Parker road in a strip mall just north of Quincy Road.. I took in a lot of dress shirts as well as a few dress slacks and coats and the pricing was very reasonable and turn around for laundry in a few days and some items next day. The employee was polite and friendly and I'll be using Any Garment Cleaners again for laundry and dry cleaning needs. GreenEarthCleaning dot com uses silicone instead of Petrochemicals. Suppose to be better for your health and earth, the place we call home. Google it and read how bad PERC can do to you. When you go to the GreenEarth locator and look up locations in SE Denver, Lowery and Castle Rock locations are nice but cost more compared to $1.99. I really like that even jackets/coats are $1.99! I've been here a few times now and met both Everette and Michelle. Both very nice and I trust them even with my expensive suits. I have always had a very good experience at Any Garment Cleaners. My Uniforms are done the next day and my Laundry in two days. Always reasonably priced. I have started having Alterations done there, too! Friendly good service always! I hope they are able to stay in business through this COVID-19...they have had to lay-off their Employees. Since everyone is sheltered in place, it's likely just Essential Workers are having their Uniforms cleaned. I would be devastated if they closed! read more

They ripped a shirt and "insisted" it was ripped before giving it to them. It sure wasn't. The rip is on the right sleeve and so big that it is impossible I haven't seen it. They were very rude dealing with it and tried to ignore me while talking to them in the store. They literally left me standing there and went back inside. Dishonest and rude ! After the owners reply: the workers didn't even admit they tore the shirt. The only credit given was the $1.79 which is the price of laundry of the torn shirt! Also, I will never give you any of the shirts back to fix the buttons!!! I prefer to pay 20 cents more and go somewhere else to do my shirts. read more

These guys are pretty great. Any complaints I had had(far and few between) they will fix without debate. They seem very organized and knowledgeable about the services they offer. I take stuff there almost every week from Gott a Costume or from home & they roll them out so fast that I can get almost everything back by 4pm the next day if I bring it in before 4pm the day prior. Give them a shot! Totally worth it! It's all good, you'll be coming back for comforters and general dry cleaning. They don't take leather but I'm cool with that Update: The store has changed hands 2-3 times since last year but so far, so good. This dry cleaning place ruined two of my dresses at the same time. I've had both dresses cleaned numerous times and they were fine. This time, it looks like the roses from one dress bled onto both dresses (pictures shown). It's hard to show in the pictures how pink it is, but believe me-it's pink. WARNING UPDATE: new owners were NOT around when the girl told me that 4 pieces of clothes were covered in blue ink!!!! WAIT WHAT???? Khakis RUINED. fave peach sweater RUINED. peach skort RUINED. Beige tank top utterly destroyed. Last I heard 2 weeks ago she says I'll try to fix them. Ummmm apparently that was a lie. Not a word from the new owner & NO ONE ever called me back!!! DO NOT TAKE CLOTHES HERE ITS TOO RISKY! Owner never around thinks good business happens on its own. NO IT DOESNT!!! We love this business. My clothes have never looked better! Everyone in the shop is friendly. Price is fantastic quality is the key here! Over a year never a complaint or issue with my clothes. They don't use those permanent sticker tags other cleaners use. Please understand, I'm leavening the bad review not because my wedding dress now has to be fixed because it should be an easy fix but I'm leaving it for the poor customer service. With that being said ... I was all excited to get my wedding dress cleaned of only 1.99 but when I picked my dress I found that not all the hem came clean and part of my dress was now broken. When I pointed it out to the manager she first tried to say maybe it was like that when it came in. She explained that her cleaning process couldn't possible had broken the embellishment that I had added to my dress. She then refunded my 2 dollars and said "as you can see I'm busy and have to get back to work". No remorse, which would have gone a long way with me. Love this place! I've passed by here many times but finally stopped by any grabbing some coats at Goodwill on the cheap. Drop off in the morning and it's ready the next day after 4pm. This place is not good! After searching the area for a respectable dry cleaners, I decided to give this place a try. I dropped off 4 items.....all of which were very expensive pieces. In particular my $700 velvet sport coat was dropped off to be dry cleaned and when I came back to pick it up, all of the stitching on both sides of the coat's interior fabric had come undone. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he went back to get the owner of the company, who then inspected the jacket. He tried telling me that it wasn't their fault the stitching had come undone and that I should contact Saks 5th Avenue or the manufacturer of the sport coat (it's Italian) to tell them there was a defect. This obviously happened due to the dry cleaning process and the owner did not want to take ownership to the problem. I mean....REALLY!! Dude, you easily could've said "I am so sorry this happened. I realize this is your first time here and this is not typical of our machine. Please, let me cover the cost to have the stitching repair done." Had the owner taken this approach, he would've gained a new customer and a much better review. I guess this guy is making a fortune and doesn't need any new business. Food for thought.......Have you ever gone to a restaurant and had an overcooked steak, or a hair in your food, etc? Basically, something that ruined your experience but the manager or owner stopped by your table to take the dish off of your check and give you a gift card to return on them. It is a great model on how to operate your business. Had this guy done something like that, it would've cost him maybe $10 and a regular customer. Dude needs to go to business school and learn a little bit about customer service!! DON'T RISK YOUR NICE CLOTHES GETTING RUINED HERE!!!! read more

It's located in Parker Rd, so if you're coming in from DIA like myself, it's almost a half an hour drive, but it's worth the trip to get your special dress, suit, shirts, coats or anything else handled by this particular dry cleaners. I just moved to Colorado and had a job interview lined up for Thursday, but it was moved up to tomorrow, Tuesday. My suits looked terrible after moving. I called a local drycleaner near my house, but they said there was nothing they could do for me. The girl on the phone said everyone had left and no one there could even press my suit for me. I then called Any Garment Cleaners and asked if they could quickly press one suit for me so that I could have it for my interview tomorrow. They were able to squeeze me in and Joe, the owner, did the work himself. He was very friendly and easy-going. He did Not even charge me for pressing my suit after I told him the story. I will never take my clothes here again. This place used to be good but the owners changed and so did the quality of cleaning. I have been going here for a very long time, about 2 times a month. I received my clothes back a couple times and I felt like there were not fully cleaned. I spoke to the owner and he stated that its not acceptable and won't happen again. But once again I picked up my clothes yesterday and today at work I noticed that my sweater looked like it wasn't even washed.
