First off, Rain Gutter Cleaners is also comprised of the business "Deck Doctor" (same business address and telephone number), and they power-wash homes and do deck work and so on. Checking the rating for Deck Doctor indicates that they have a 5-star rating, with many notations of quality service going 'above and beyond', and their Rain Gutter Cleaners service is certainly no less superb and, in my opinion, definitely 5-star worthy.
I had just bought a one-story house in Alpine with a rather large property space that included numerous large trees in close proximity to the new house. After being on the market for several months and then the 6-weeks escrow process with no real exterior maintenance of the property taking place during those 5 months or so, the property exterior needed a heckuva lot of catch-up work.
One of those regular maintenance jobs needing immediate attention was the rain gutter system around the entire house which was very dirty and full of detritus including copious amounts of pine tree needles and sequoia redwood branches and needles. One morning soon after moving in to my new house, I jumped on Yelp and started searching for rain gutter cleaning services and Rain Gutter Cleaners was in the list of results.
I called a few rain gutter cleaning services and they all had a month or (much) longer waiting list. I kept calling looking for sooner service, and I got lucky. Rain Gutter Cleaners just so happened to be available the same day as a large all day apartment complex job had to be cancelled and rescheduled that day, and they were left with no jobs that day due to previously scheduling the entire day for that other huge job. Rain Gutter Cleaners sent two guys to my house right away and they arrived within the hour.
"Danny" and "George" showed up in a company truck with all the tools and equipment they'd need to do the job and do it right. They were very professional, very friendly, and they went right to work. Danny and George worked quickly and efficiently first removing all of the built up detritus off of the roof of my house. Then, they started cleaning out the gutters of all the tree material and other detritus while also making sure all of my rain gutters were properly seated against the roof and properly sealed making necessary minor adjustments along the way in order to ensure that the rain gutters were going to work as intended without leaking and spill-over and so on.
They power-washed all of the rain gutters, blew out all of the downspouts so they were free and clear of trash and debris, checked and cleared a couple of drains designed to carry rain gutter water off of the property, and then they cleaned up after themselves leaving pretty much nothing behind but a little bit of water, of course, that quickly evaporated.
No Muss; No Fuss. They did a great job, and the cost was quite reasonable. I could not be happier with their service (and quite relieved I had this done given the rain we just had so soon after having the service done). In fact, I've decided that Rain Gutter Cleaners will be the regular maintenance service provider for my house rain gutters for years to come. read more
