After many attempts to address the upsetting issue, I was advised by this employee that I would be better served elsewhere and he hung up the phone. Not sure if this person still works there, but I hope nobody ever has to be spoken to in such a rude manner. Nonetheless, I hired a different company and had a nice memory with my granddaughter. Carleen arrived on time (dressed like a clown!), and brought her own speaker and music. The face painting was so beautiful that even some adults got in line to have their faces painted! (myself included). The children had a blast playing with their balloon swords and flowers. She was very accommodating, and if a child came up with their own idea for their face painting, she did it!
