There is an alternative to going to a dealership…read more I was fortunate to have had a friend that referred me to them as I have a Prius and pretty much every other auto repair shop referred me to a dealership as they do not work on hybrids Matt absolutely did everything requested and the quality spoke for itself. The value of the customer service and work done far exceeds their price! which was lower by far than a dealership They have a lifetime customer now!! They went way above and beyond! So grateful to have found them.

Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

They all are great people. Honest and integrity is their quality, the work done is superbread more

I towed my car to this auto repair shop and left it there overnight. The next day, after I had to…read moremanage getting my kids to school and getting to work without my car, I was simply called and asked to pay $1,200. I was not provided with an itemized breakdown of the charges, an explanation of what work was performed, or documentation showing what parts were purchased or obtained from the dealer. When I specifically asked for receipts or documentation for the parts, I was repeatedly stalled and never received them. The $1,200 charge was put on my credit card, yet I still never received any meaningful documentation showing where that money went or what work was actually performed. Now, rather than providing the records I requested, the response is simply to deny that these things happened. Do you even maintain records of the work and parts you charge customers for? My original assessment stands. Based on my experience, I found this to be extremely dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this business.

He helped me find one that was reasonably priced, newer and fit with the model of my car. Price wise, he is extremely competitive and kept me up to date with costs so I wasn't blindsided when it came time to pay the bill. Lastly, he is one of the only mechanics who treated me like a person and not a clueless female so for that alone he has my business. They also put up with the fact the entire of my car looked like a bomb went off. Highly, Highly recommend.
