Though most people wouldn't comment on the flavor of something as seemingly bland as pizza dough, the dough from Pasta Time tastes better and fresher, and is generally easier to work with. We also had several guests with gluten allergies, and the team was incredibly accommodating and made sure everyone had delicious options to enjoy. Broadway Gourmet went above and beyond with the setup and preparation. They came the day before our wedding to prep their display tables and work stations, helped us set everything up on the wedding day, and even stayed late to accommodate the preparation of food for our after-party. Their staff was absolutely amazing and played such an important role in keeping everything running smoothly. The bartenders especially kept the party going all night! And, of course, the food was DELICIOUS! Our guests could not stop talking about it. In fact, so many of our friends and family came back the next day specifically to take home leftovers--which we think says it all! Having a backyard wedding came with a lot of moving pieces, but Desiree and her team made the catering portion completely seamless and stress-free.
