I would never recommend Omega Water Treatment to anyone. The owner came out and was nice and…read morefriendly to my husband. He told him what we needed which was opposite of what we thought. The guy came out the next day and installed it and left a puddle of water which didn't upset me but what did upset me was the brown water we were continuing to get out of our shower and the awful noise from our toilet. My husband gave it over a week to see if it stopped he called the owner and he came out to look at it and adjusted something, he said that would probably work. It didn't so my husband called back days later. It took the owner a couple days to call back and said that it was going to be like that. Are you serious? We pay for something and now we have to listen to this awful loud noise when we flush our toilet?! If we don't want that we can pay for a upgrade for $1300 he tells my husband. I don't think so. My husband looked up online how to get this noise and brown water to go away now he has spent his time which was Saturday, Sunday and Monday and our money to make this go away and he says we can pay and extra $1300 for a upgrade. You can keep your upgrade. Please everyone don't make the same mistake and pay for brown water and awful noises. We didn't have that before they did this! Marci King

John M. Southington, Ohio…read more We have really bad water in Southington, high Sulphur content. Called several water treatment companies. By far the system quoted by Omega was twice the system as the leading brand name companies, at less cost. The installation was top notch, very professional, /clean installation. Very rarely do I have zero complaints or regrets about a purchase, this was the exception. The resulting product is a thing of beauty. Believe me when I tell you, if you want the best bang for your buck, and the complete system you need at less money than the deficient system pushed by the brand name companies, CALL OMEGA WATER!!!!!!
