Overpriced. Kept changing the price when we said no. The pump was originally over $4000 then magically became less than $2000 for only a 100 ft well. Was also lied to telling me I needed another pressure tank. read more

We purchased a softener system from Quality Water Systems on November 10, 2022, for $10,422.00. When our water pressure started going down in mid-August, 2023, I called to make an appointment for repair. After a short delay and a cancellation, the Quality Water techs, Cory and Alex, came to our house and replaced our pump on August 22, 2023, for $5,303.00. When our tenant went to add salt on August 27, he noticed that the salt receptacle was full of water up to the overflow mark, and that there was water on the floor. I exchanged 9 phone calls with QW between Aug 27-30 and sent photos of the problem on Aug 28. Cory, the service person, was supposed to call for several days, but never did. On August 30, I got a notice that Cory was being sent for a repair, but he did not come out, just called me--7+ minute phone call-- and told me everything was okay--it wasn't! I called a local water expert who looked at the photos and said he thought the water level WAS TOO HIGH and that it would not go down. The backwash flow control was broken. He came out on August 31, repaired it, and added a flotation device to prevent it from happening again, for a $115.00 service call. Cautionary tale: I report this to let potential customers know that Quality Water Systems is no longer the company it used to be. They overcharged me for the services and then refused to send a repair person when the system didn't work and they had received payment. read more

The good- they showed on time and had the equipment needed to install a new pump. The bad- techs must work on commission because they are super quick to try and sell you overpriced equipment and services you may not need before fully diagnosing your issue, including water delivery, despite us having a reverse osmosis system for drinking. They admittedly are not completely knowledgeable on how private water supplies (water wells) function either. I had Quality out two years ago for what was a wire issue and was happy enough to call them again. I would NOT call them again unless it's because of a pump warranty issue. read more

This company came out on a service call for no water on a Saturday. They arrived as they said they woukd around 1 . The found that the pressure activation relay was bad. Our water was turned on. The 2 technicians stated the heads or pinions as tgey called them and seas on both our tanks are bad . The cholinator injection pump stopped working . The 1st estimate was over 16,000 that did not include the well pump. The mark up on their pumps ,switches was well over a 1000%. Stay away from these people. read more

This company drilled a well but has not provided the needed well log. They were very quick to ask for payment but has been over a month and not responding to providing the documentation needed to finalize the permit. Without the well log the well is useless and will need to drill another one! No response from owner or anyone that can explain why I don't have the log! Find another driller. read more
