DECOR - As soon as we pulled up in the parking lot I was impressed with the layout and decor of the place. You could tell the building is well cared after. On the inside everything is beautifully decorated with floor to ceiling of wood. Great for groups, lots of space and a beer garden. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The owner greets and spends time with customers through out the evening. Just a great vibe and most importantly an enjoyable evening. FOOD & DRINK - the menu has a great selection of fantastic beers and Bavarian food. Our picks were the sausages with kraut which was to die for. Two of us were not big on kraut but in this case cleaned the plate. For mains highly recommend the jäger schnitzel, the meatloaf and the cordon blue. For sides we had spatzel which is buttery pasta bits, potato dumpling which consisted of a fluffy starch ball, and traditional potato salad. The schnitzel was the best I've ever had and I've had my fair share of German food but Bavarian style takes the cake for me.

I have had Zabaglione some other places and prior to the taste here thought it was an awful dessert and wondered why so many people raved about it. Well let me tell you, this place gets it right. Perfectly frothy and creamy, not too eggy on the taste - the bite I took here was a revelation. It's not a full 5 stars for me as the service we received wasn't as good as the food. Maybe it was because of the two full tables of folks celebrating a birthday party (looked like about 40 folks) that took up the majority of the servers attention but it took a long time to flag a server to order and pay bill. The waiter forgot about us, then brought us our appetizer over fried croquettes of cheese and gray shrimp, but the worst was yet to come when we received our oven baked cod, which, although looked beautiful upon presentation, but was not cooked at all in the middle, so we had a big piece of raw fish that we had to leave, which was disgusting. When we let the waiter know he didn't even say sorry, nor did you bring over the head of the restaurant to offer us any apologies or compensation. Clearly this restaurant lacks in customer service and their chef doesn't know how to cook a piece of fish I highly recommend you do not eat at this restaurant as it's not worth the overpriced items they have on the menu.
