This 5/5 rating: -Office is so welcoming and friendly. Francine is amazing and can tell you your total bill on that day with itemized bill in an instant so you don't get a surprise bill! But that is because I always ask because I need to know. -Flexible: They open as early as 8am and close by 5pm. And they do have some saturdays available. Dr. Feldman's schedule may vary so make sure to ask. -Location: accessible by 6 train off hunter college stop. F train on 63/lex stop. -Modernized, and what seems to be up to date instrument/equipment. -Dr. Feldman is very approachable. He does not act like a sales man. He is honest about your teeth's health and makes appropriate suggestions. If you have any questions about anything he explains them clearly. Insurance: He takes Metlife which is what I have. I don't know what else is out there. Like any other insurance make sure you understand what is covered and what the deductible is. I cannot stress how great my experience with Dr. Feldman was. He was very thorough on his exam, the procedure was painless and Dr. Feldman referred me to colleague of his that was able to see me same day due to the nature of my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Feldman. I have been with him for several years already. I had number of routine and complex procedures: cleaning, fillings, crowns... Every procedure I had was superior quality, painless and didn't need a follow up (knock on wood). I cannot give higher marks for Dr Feldman and his staff, all first rate professionals and even better people! Dr Feldman has helped me immensely with dental issues I did not think I could correct but after the first visit we came up with a game plan that worked for me and my budget. I had my wife start treatment for issues she avoided for years due to her fear of dentists but she enjoys the atmosphere of this office and trusts Dr Feldman implicitly. This man CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I was SO scared to go to the dentist, and was a neurotic, nervous, anxious wreck of a patient. That was many years ago, and now I'm completely cured of my fears. I've been going to Dr Feldman for a few years and all I could say are positive things about his practice. The location is very accessible by subway and the office is very clean and inviting. Dr. Feldman performed a root canal that was so good I actually look forward to another one (if that's even possible). Anyway, I'm way overdue for another visit and it's quite embarrassing to say that. Dr. Feldman has a unique painless approach of numbing the gums and teeth before dental work. Honestly, all the anxiety from the painful needle and dental work has gone away when I started have him as my dentist. Even after I moved out of the city to Jersey... far away from his office, I will not trust anyone but Dr. Feldman to take care of my teeth. He is honest, friendly, and very careful in his work. Dr. Anton Feldman is the best dentist I have had since moving to New York. This January and February he performed a very complex root canal on a very rotten molar: he managed to do this while inflicting virtually zero pain, and was one of the most friendly, honest, and supportive medical professionals who has ever worked on me. I may be a bit hyperbolic with the praise, here, but Dr. Feldman is an absolute professional, and I cannot praise him highly enough for the work he did. A bit of backstory: In November of 2011, I visited my local dentist in Greenpoint for a cleaning and was diagnosed with a very large, deep cavity in my right upper molar. The tooth had been giving me trouble for a few months, and I'd been suspecting some major work needed to be done. However much I appreciated the diagnosis by said local dentist, I was not about to let him perform the procedure. Something about his office and manner was off-putting. As an alternative, I asked around my office for a decent dentist who would take my company's insurance. My boss mentioned that she'd had work done recently at an office at the offices of Sylvan, Mondello, and Feldman (New York Dental Partners) on the upper east side. She gave the practice a strong recommendation, and I called the following day to make an appointment. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and we quickly found a time in the next week to have me come in and see one of the practicing dentists. At my first visit, the hygenist performed a digital ex-ray of the tooth in question (something my last dentists was not capable of - I should note the fantastically high-grade equipment and technological setup in Dr. Feldman & Co's office), and brought in Dr. Feldman to meet with me. There was virtually zero "waiting around" - in either the waiting room or the chair. Dr. Feldman explained that I had a large cavity on my molar, and that the infection had spread to the roots of the tooth. He showed me exactly where the infection persisted, using the xray image to illustrate where it had spread. He explained very clearly that in order to fix this problem, he would have to perform a root canal and replace the tooth with a crown. These were scary words. No one wants a root canal. But Dr. Feldman assured me that while the procedure does have a scary reputation, in practice it's remarkably straightforward and not entirely uncomfortable (when done right). Dr. Feldman began the procedure that day. I won't go into details, but over the course of three more visits he performed what he described as one of the more complex root canals he had ever performed. I had some extensive problems with this tooth. The remarkable thing about the whole process was how patient Dr. Feldman was with explaining every step. I was quite interested in knowing exactly how a procedure like this was done, and Dr. Feldman illuminated the whole process for me like a professor teaching a student. Not only did he manage to basically eliminate any pain or physical discomfort during (and in the days after) each visit, but he ensured that I was mentally comfortable as well. He understood from our first visit that I was someone who would be more comfortable knowing all of the details about what was being done to my tooth. And he eagerly obliged, answering all questions that I had and even expounding a bit on some general dentistry questions I posed. Four weeks after my initial visit, I left their absolutely beautiful, impeccably outfitted new office on Lexington Ave with a new porcelain crown, which is rooted firmly with a titanium post that Dr. Feldman installed. I have not had an ounce of discomfort since the end of my procedure. I look forward to returning for my 6 month checkup this June. While I hope that I'm not in for another procedure like this winter's crown, I'm quite comfortable knowing that should something like that be necessary, Dr. Feldman will be the one performing it. read more

The staff at Dr. Feldman's office is amazing from Francine, his wonderfully authentic French receptionist, (hearing her lyrical voice already puts you at ease) to his kind and gentle dental assistants. Bleeding and sore gums after a cleaning? Not here!!! The assistants are quick, efficient and best of all pain free. Now meet Dr. Feldman, a quiet, soft spoken, young gifted doctor. He is incredible. Like I said - I am afraid of the dentist. Let me re-phrase, I was. Dr. Feldman is more than skilled as a dentist and more than skilled at a pain free experience. His work is flawless and truly you experience no discomfort during the visit or after. All that you are left with are beautiful teeth and a wonderful experience that does not make you cringe to go back. I can honestly say that Dr. Feldman has conquered my fear of dentists. He is the best of the best not only because he an outstanding dentist, but mainly because he is a human being and is more than concerned with your overall comfort and experience at his office.
