Sold me a very defective tire. I had my two year old in the car, didn't even go more than three miles down the road , tire blew out , got stuck in the AZ heat with my daughter. Took the tire to discount tire , they told me that tire was complete trash , asked for a replacement from Antillon tires they didn't bother to fix the issue even though I brought them back their shredded tire. Never going there in my life again, cant believe they would sell trash knowing there are children in the car. read more

Great service, fast service, and extremely fair prices. I've been here three times and every time the same guy has helped me out and he's gotten me in and out of there within 15 minutes. I've had two flat tires since I first bought my car, both times I've taken it here for a new one. The first time, I tried calling places all over town looking for a used tire. Even places that usually sell used tires didn't have it. It's not a really rare or special tire--just a small SUV tire. Firestone tried to sell me a new one for $150. Discount Tire's best price was $99. I got to the point where I started calling random tire shops I passed by on my way to work. Antillón was the third place I tried this with. I was at a red light at 32nd street, and I saw their number painted on the side of the building. I had little hope that the third time would be the charm, but when I asked for the tire, not only did they have one, they only wanted $40 for it! When another tire went flat a few months later, I didn't have to call around--I knew exactly where to go. Once again, they had my size. This last time I visited, I had an hour before I was supposed to be at work. I had a feeling I was going to be late, but, being a delivery driver, I didn't feel comfortable running deliveries on a donut. The service was incredibly quick... I was probably in an out of there in no more than fifteen minutes. I got to work with at least half an hour to spare. Same price as last time, and the first tire they sold me has still held up for all these months. Also, the lady behind the counter was very friendly. On my drive to work I hit debris on the 51 and shredded my tire. Even though they were not open they answered my message through google and I arraigned to have my car dropped at their shop. No. Since taking my car here I've had nothing but problems. Before I took it in all that was wrong was two bald tires, after I was left with a bent rim and a busted wheel bearing. My car didn't have any bent rims when I brought it in so not sure exactly what happened there. And as far as the bearing, I saw one of the guys kick my rim off with so much excessive force, I'm guessing that did something. The same tire that was excessively kicked now has the issue so you tell me? Again, not sure what really happened, only speculation, but I came in with no big issues and left with two which will cost me. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! I Purchased My tires here new. I have had routine tire work done here for over 2 years. Nothing ever major, thank goodness. I have owned and operated the same suv for over 3 years. I am the sole driver. Took this same car and tires purchased here new, in for a routine ROTATE & BALANCE. They charged me $40.00. No RECEIPT. Less than 2 weeks I'm back and tell the office lady, my tires don't seem to be balanced correctly. They proceeded to come up with ALL kinds of excuses for the new shimmy in the steering wheel, I am experiencing. So they rotated a front tire to the rear to fix it, as They Stated It was the rim that was slightly warped on Left Front Tire. Told Me Balance was fine. I go out to find my newly rotated tires rotated again. Now I have worn, and less worn, on both front and real axle. I asked them to put my front tire back where it was. I witness the employee looking at all the tires, then pull the Front Right Tire and switch it with Left Rear. HUH? Thinking to take it in for a second opinion to one of the Big Reputable dealers. Swiped a Card this time. Was text a receipt. My car immediately pulled to the Left. Stopped car, got out checked the LEFT FRONT TIRE. It was Visibly LOW. Pressure Tested 20lbs off. Went back in at 8 sharp this morning. They argued and laughed. I am So Sorry This Tire Shop Though it Was Funny To Put My Life At Risk, & Those of your Loved Ones Travelling Beside ME Last Night on the freeway. These people should be put out of business. I have filed a dispute for the $20.oo they charged me yesterday for complaining. I am filing a Consumer Fraud Action with the state for not giving me a receipt for work done 2 weeks earlier. I like to have ALL records pertaining to my vehicle maintenance. Would have been extra helpful if the shop kept better records to identify what their customers are having problems with.
