Although I am biased because I found THE dress here, I had a wonderful overall experience. My consultant, Marykate, was so kind and helpful throughout my whole experience. She helped me get in and out of different gowns and was very respectful the entire appointment. Complementary refreshments, including champagne, was an added bonus! I loved the overall selection and variety of different dresses. Anthro also had very affordable dresses compared to other places I had tried. I loved that I was able to pick out all of the gowns I wanted to try on. I loved that the "wedding" section of the store was upstairs and had its own area. The entire store is so beautiful and actually connected to Terrain next door. I just loved my whole experience here and highly recommend to brides in the area. read more

My daughter found her wedding dress at Anthropologie Weddings at Devon. This was a wonderful experience. We felt welcomed when we arrived, and all attention was on my daughter. The stylist (Hayley) was very professional, helpful, and listened carefully to my daughter's preferences and found several dresses...and finally...the "one". Other team members pitched in as well to look for different styles. It took us two visits - but Hayley made it easy by working on a time that allowed her to be at the second meeting so we did not need to work with a second stylist. Hayley is funny, warm, knowledgeable and a joy to work with -- we recommend her highly, in addition to the Bridal Department. read more

Wonderful experience at Anthropologie Weddings. We felt welcomed right from the start when they offered us smiles along with the complimentary water and champagne. Our stylist, Lindsay was the best! She had a positive attitude and was very efficient but friendly. She helped keep the process flowing by assisting with the try ons and having ample options in queue. She felt like a cheerleader and fit right in with our group while encouraging our bride and her choices and celebrating when we found the perfect dress. We recommend this location for purchasing the dress of your dreams! Only thing to keep in mind is that you are sharing the fitting room space with other parties; you will not have the entire space to yourself like other boutiques. read more

Went to the Anthropologie sample sale at Rectic today and the staff were so attentive, pulling out dresses that they thought I would like, zipping and unzipping so many times...I was there for 4 hours and finally SAID YES TO THE DRESS!! I had tried 15 different bridal shops prior to this and couldn't find anything I liked but finally I found the one!! An absolute pleasure! I had been to 2 other bridal salons in my area but all the dresses looked the same. I love that these are incredibly unique and well made gowns, and very affordable. Being a plus size bride, I'm not as comfortable with my body as I would like, but Danielle helped me choose the right dresses that would look great on me. She was incredibly patient and let me know all the options I could do with altering and what size to order. She was so genuinely nice and attentive and I'm actually finally looking forward to my wedding because I know I'll feel confident. I had such a special experience with my stylist MaryKate. She was warm, and friendly. I am an indecisive person and really she helped me come to a decision in picking my dress! I came in with my mom, sister and bestie. We received champagne on arrival. Marykate knew my wedding date, venue, and remembered which dresses I picked online that I wanted to try. I had to drive a little further than the Philly location, but it was so worth it because this shop had every dress I wanted to try, and had many in my size (size 4). I can truly go on and on about what an incredibly wonderful experience I had with BHLDN to find my dream dress. As soon as I arrived to my appointment I was greeted and taken to my dressing area with the rest of my guests where my stylist Gretchen was waiting for us with a handful of dresses I had pre-selected. Gretchen was absolutely WONDERFUL and made me feel so confident and relaxed the entire time. She had my guests and I walk around and pick any additional dresses that caught my eye and made the whole experience fun and exciting, like it should be. She helped me in and out of dresses that complimented my figure and truly understood my style and what I had envisioned. There really was not one dress that I tried on that didn't make me feel beautiful. The dress I ended up falling in head over heels for was something I didn't even imagine myself loving as much as I did, and had a neckline I never thought I could pull off. That just goes to show how much Gretchen knew her stuff and made me see myself in a way I never have before. You could truly tell she loves what she does and that really meant the world to me. I will absolutely be returning to BHLDN with my bridesmaids for their dresses and can't wait for them to experience Gretchen for themselves! This review wouldn't be complete without my compliments to how beautiful the bridal salon is in itself (as well as the rest of Anthropologie!). The dressing rooms are divided in a way that everyone has their own area and it does not feel like you are on display to the rest of the store. It has every charming and whimsical touch of Anthropologie and a gorgeous display of head pieces, veils, jewelry, and shoes to help bring your vision together. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel as special as you should when you're choosing your wedding dress.
