After a few years of my first incident that occurred here, I decided that I would give them a second chance. A few years have passed, and I'm sure they have new barbers. I went in and they currently had clients, they said it would be about 15 minutes. I did go across the street to get money from the ATM machine, so please check and ask if they accepts cards. I totally forgot the name of the barber but he was very nice and understanding. I told him what I was going for and ask a few questions and he got to work. I haven't gone back since my hair is very minimum care but you best believe I will be back!. read more

Traveling around the western U.S. for the past 4 months, I've had some experience with new barbers. I've gone to Anthony's twice now, both times with another of their barbers. This time, I dropped in & Anthony was my barber. I mentioned that I don't have a "real" part in my head, thinning hair & a whole lot of weird cowlicks so I was looking for him to do what he thought would work. He noted my hair grows straight up of my head on top and will tackle that last. He did a terrific job! Took extra care to blend the top & sides, trimmed all the extra unwanted hairs that old guys get, and really did an excellent cut. read more

Marco always gets me right!!! Pays attention to detail and I never feel rushed. Super cool dude

Bad haircut that was $50, they work in an establishment that smells like poop and B.O. , and all that for a disrespectful barber won't ever shop here again read more

Very chill, the shop is laid back. Even though it's a smaller place, the barbers are very skilled and great at what they do. Marco is amazing at what he does! They accommodate wheelchairs and are super friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone who likes a non fussy place for a good haircut. read more

Anthony's BarberShop - Barbers Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Had a great experience bringing my 12 & 13 year old boys in for their beginning-of-school year haircuts. Both my boys really hate getting their hair cut, but they had a good experience at Anthony's. The shop is really laid back, and Anthony and his team are good with kids/teens. They were able to ask questions and easily understand what my boys wanted. They do good work here and the cuts turned out great. The price wasn't cheap, $40 per cut, but when the kids only let you drag them in once every 6 months you want them to get a good cut! Overall, I'm happy with the experience and I'll come back the next time I need a cut for myself. Thanks!! read more

I only went here because It was listed as a "nearby" barbershop . Typically I check reviews of a place before I go, but I didn't check the reviews of this place because I figured since its a barbershop & not a "salon", chances are they won't mess up. I say that because a lot of salons do hairstyles that are much different from what a man wants when he goes into a barbershop. Salons & barbershops are not the same & I know a lot of salon workers think because they've learned the basics of how to cut a man's hair in cosmetology school that it's simple- but no. I've seen an unfortunate amount of times where men got their hair cut by a female in a "salon" and it was a mess. Anyway, I came into this place with an infantry soldier. We originally wanted to leave because we thought the prices were pretty high for a basic buzz cut. But what we experienced there was beyond what money could buy. The whole vibe was amazingly welcoming & the workers were so wholesome & nice. They gave off this vibe of what it's like on the East Coast to go into a barbershop . I say that because on the East Coast, everybody knows everybody and 9/10 times a person has been going to the same place for many years and so it feels more like family when you walk in . That's what this place felt like . The infestation of jerks moving to Vegas from California has made Vegas feel like California and that sucks. But this place was totally removed. It was like walking into a family owned bakery in Boston to get donuts- & Who doesn't love donuts? so no one is in a bad mood. Lol. The difference is this is a barbershop. They said thank you for the military service & in the end some other customer ended up paying for the cut & extra for a tip. I drove off smiling the whole way home....& yes, the cut was very nice. read more

WOW What an amazing experience Called to see if we're busy or available for a walk in gentleman on the phone said "FREE COME ON IN". We live 4 minutes away. Walk in and first chair says have a seat its going to be a little bit. Husband said "wife just called said free right now for walk in.???" First chair says some spiel! Said okay went to walk out and the fun starts first chair starts YELLLING "F U AND YOUR MOM" and some other things as exiting. Open door back up and said "what?" Hey repeats and rips his red hat off and mask and gets into fighting stance taunting to come back in he was going to "F U UP" CURSE WORDS other stuff" Better to leave than deal with that. WOW BE CAREFUL GOING HERE read more

I went to this barbershop a few days ago to have my beard trimmed and lined up. I was greeted by Q (highly recommend). He did a fantastic job on my beard and I am highly confident that he will do the same for all who visit him. Thank you Q. I will be sure to come back for another visit. read more

If you have a special needs child you know the challenges that come when it comes to getting their haircut. This is definitely the place to take your child. I have never met a barber so compassionate like Anthony. He takes his time is patient and his heart is gold when it comes to dealing with children like my son. My son hated getting his hair cut until I took him to Anthony's barber shop. I'm soooooo very grateful. read more

Unprofessional as hell. Great cuts. Not worth waiting for almost an hour... not once but TWICE in one day, when my guy had an appointment and has been a customer for almost two years. Won't be coming back. There's a major lack of respect and customer service issues. "My bad bro" Is not a professional response to a customer who has an issue. read more

Having been in the Marine Corps I am extremely picky about razor fades. Most places I've been to in Vegas either don't or can't get close enough to skin or leave a crooked line. Anthony being a US Marine knows how to do a solid fade every time. I highly recommend him to anyone who is picky on the fade. Stand up guy. Easy to talk to and good vibe inside he barbershop. Some barbershops are just quiet with no one talking. Semper Fi! read more

Brought my son in after he got a botched haircut at another barbershop and they fixed his hair to perfection! I called the day before and got him in the next morning! My boy was so relaxed he was falling asleep! I came in concerned about the top and sides, but he caught that the back wasn't straight which I didn't even notice. I can't thank you enough. 11 years old and the kid only goes to a barbershop...I think we found his spot! read more

Moved to green valley area from California about 3 weeks ago. Was in dire need of a hair cut and decided to try Anthony's barbershop. Walked in on Sunday and a third way into the haircut I knew I messed up. I asked for a low taper fade to razor and beard lined up. Not once did the lady cutting my hair pull out a razor. Instead just kept cutting and cutting while coffing next to me. Straight messed up my hair but I didn't make a fuss. Even tipped her. I'm not mad at her or about her skills as a barber but mad at the owner for letting someone of her skill level work there. Obvious I won't be returning. Going back to Cali to visit family this weekend and hopefully getting my hair fixed. read more

Great barber shop! They're quick, clean, and always accommodating. I have a 3 year old - he loves it here!

I cannot express how great this place is. Our son Maxwell is 3 years old and special needs.Sandra was the barber that worked wonders with her skills dealing with my wife and I having to trade holding our sone still and from sitting to standing. Every barber in the place was very supportive and their team environment was great to see. It was a quick haircut with crying and from the staff to the clients everyone was so supportive and made this first attempt a wonderful experience! Anyone in the shop could see how stressed mom and I were and they were all great! Highly recommend this place for people of all ages. read more

I was in Vegas for my cousins wedding. Yelp'ed this place because I was in dire need of a fade before the wedding. Met Jason. From start to finish, very nice man. Talked about everything from weather to housing to Autism. Took his time and made sure my haircut was on point, which it was. Jason and Anthony, thank your taking the time to make me feel welcome and enjoyed the haircut very much. Will be back next time I need a haircut. read more

Anthony the owner is a great guy but his other employees (Q) aren't. I was late for my appointment due to traffic and he had me waiting 2 hrs plus before I decided to leave, no communication wasn't man enough to tell me how long, even lied to other customers saying it would be a short wait. If your not getting a cut with Anthony don't go at all read more

I'll start off by saying that it's incredibly hard to find a barber that's consistent, remembers your hair and most importantly knows how to do a clean ass skin fade. Anthony is really cool and does an amazing job. Glad I found this shop here in Henderson. read more

Hands down one of the best shops in town. Anthony and the guys do a great job and the vibe is very chill. Call ahead for a reservation if you're pressed on time because they can get busy quick. Cool old school barber shop, they accepted me as a walk in, I was seated pretty quickly and the attentive barber named Eddie listened to what I was needing, he offered his thoughts on it which sounded better so I let him go to work, 20 minutes later I have a superb cut and I'm extremely happy with the end result. They do fades, beard trims, and anything else you could want. A professional shop, chill atmosphere and a superb cut. I shall be back . Thank you . read more

I was near the DMV and was running short on time so I looked around for a barbershop nearby and I found Anthony's. As you know, it's always scary venturing forth into the hands of a new barber so I was shaky at first (especially in Las Vegas...where it seems like it's easier to hit a Jackpot than to find a good barber), but my hair was a disgusting mess so I had to try. I went in and everyone was very polite and friendly. As Anthony began to cut my hair he was making sure he was only doing what I wanted, The place feels very homely, and relaxing, a place where a man can feel good and be himself. I didn't get the name of the other barber but he was also very kind and genuine. Let me just say that the haircut came out looking much better than I expected, I went to a meeting later that day and got compliments on the fade I got. Will definitely return! read more

Veteran owned with friendly atmosphere. You are greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. Anthony and his crew are very engaging. The nostalgia I feel as I see the the barbers and patrons converse with smell a of shave creams and hair tonics in the air takes me back to a time when a penny gum ball came with every visit and my grandpa would get a shoe shine as I sat on the booster seat while getting my hair cut and listened to the stories and laughter that made each visit an adventure. Did I mention that Anthony is a veteran? That by itself is reason enough to patronize this place. All the rest is lagniappe. read more

This place is DOPE! I'm bald, so I went in for them to line up my beard and trim it, and for a shave. Chandler (I think that was his name) was AWESOME! He was professional and knew his stuff. He left me looking even more fly that I could've imagined. The owner was there and was probably the nicest dude I've ever met. They create an awesome environment and make you feel like you're a king. The prices are very good, and make sure you tip these fellas, because their service is impeccable. Definitely the best barber shop I've been to, and I will go there exclusively from now on. Best place ever!!! Great haircut every time!!! Great prices too!!! Would never go anyplace else!!!

Worse barber ever save your money go else where they do no know how to fade and they are super rude do not go here

2019 update: the place has changed focus, my longtime barber left in the fall and I tried two times but never got the right cut, sloppy. If ya want fades and that sort of thing that seems to be their new thing....to bad hate to see this but I will move on. By far the best shop in Henderson. The quality of the haircut is unmatched. I have been a customer of this shop since 2009. I was so glad to see it reopen and redecorate. But the service remains!! The only place my son and I go. Far better than some part time "clips" person that isn't a barber. You even get a neck sha If your picky about your cut this is the place.
