After a quick email exchange, I was ready to make an appointment and he was nice enough to work with my schedule. Jacob arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and even wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. He took photos of the property, asked a few pertinent questions and, within a week, delivered a very comprehensive appraisal report. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for an honest, thorough, and professional appraiser.

After I closed on the property, it had been accessed by seller to remove some items and i emailed to ask why, only to be told "IT WAS THERE HOUSE" well to me it doesn't matter, I bought it and it would be nice to get a courtesy call or permission to access my property. Also some minor items were missing from the yards. The cost is not the issue, its the access. I still have not got access to garage door openers and I have had to unplug them to be safe. Shady! If dealing with this firm, change all lock's asap. Update: Nelson, if that's the policy, I still haven't officially received keys as of now. Got them out of lock box myself, The garage remote was left for me in mailbox after this review a week after closing. Paragon is not the only one to blame, also my agent who seemed to disappear right after closing and is nowhere to be reached for any help. But its okay, Im settled in, changed all locks.

They make a…read moregreat team--James is excellent with the technical side, paperwork, and offers, while Kin really understands the home itself, the neighborhood, and what you're looking for. I used AI to review certain documents and found that both Kin and James not only answered the questions raised by AI, but provided insights above and beyond what AI could provide. In fact, Kin recommended the home I eventually bought while I was on vacation in Europe. She sent me detailed videos and explained exactly how the house matched my preferences. I trusted her judgment enough to have friends see it for me and submitted an offer without ever seeing it in person. I'm now incredibly happy with the home--it's exactly what I was looking for. As someone who knew very little about buying and maintaining a house, I also really appreciated how much James and Kin taught me throughout the process, even helping me find contractors and handymen after closing. Responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in finding the right home for you. Highly recommended.

Approaching 2026, my wife and I made the decision to move out of state to be closer to our children and grandchildren. We realized we would have to sell our home, and assessing the scope of what was going to go into this, we realized we needed to select a quality individual or team who would handle all facets of this transaction. Over the years, we had been receiving flyers from a team at Compass called Frazzano Tse. We got a good feeling from the approach of their marketing pieces which prompted us to reach out to them to see if they would be willing to speak to us. While I knew prior to the meeting that they had a superior track record in the field and were very accomplished, during the meeting itself there was not a single mention of this. The entire conversation revolved around the needs of my wife and I, what we are trying to accomplish, our time frame, and what was important to us. While our original intent was to perhaps interview a couple of different agents, at the end of that meeting we made the decision that that was not necessary. We were confident that we found people who truly had our best interests at heart. Understanding that this was not our areas of expertise, we promised ourselves that we would do exactly what Alex and Joe asked of us. During the process, there were a number of suggestions that they made where our initial reaction was to push back because of our preconceived notions. Each time they explained to us the cause and effect of what they asked of us. Ultimately, we put quite a bit of time and money into making our house more attractive and desirable with the hope that it would sell quickly and for top dollar. Finally at the end of a process that started six months earlier, the house was ready to go on the market. To our amazement, the very first individual who viewed the property made an offer that was significantly over the price we were asking for all cash and asked for a quick close. This was a quality buyer who obviously felt strongly about owning our home. The escrow process also went very smoothly, and from start to finish, from the day our home was listed to close was less than 30 days. I base the success of any business transaction on the number of times one is negatively surprised during the process. We can honestly say there was not a single point in time when there was a timeline missed, or that what they said would happen didn't actually happen, and oftentimes turned out better than what they prepared us for. In closing, I do believe one of the best decisions we ever made was going on a simple hunch from a marketing piece that these two individuals were people we wanted representing us in the single largest financial transaction of our lives. We could not have been more pleased or recommend them any more highly. Thank you once again, Alex and Joe, for exceeding our expectations. Eric & Nancy Furstner
